YOU'RE EXCITED WITH THE NEW YEAR RIGHT?

You think it's a new life now, you think things will be better the next year. You're so excited with 2022 because you have a lot of plans. You said to yourself you will become successful, you will work harder, you will trim weight and you will focus on your dreams. Don't fool me, you've been saying that for almost 20 years and what the hell did happened? nothing right? You're still the same person with very bad habits, you're still the same bum who's doing the same shit everyday. You will never change if you have that same approach every year, you will wait for the new year and get excited about it but when the new year was there already... you can't start or maybe you will start for a few days then will quit when the going gets tough. New year's resolution is overrated, nobody change after new year, it's just a myth, it's just a declaration from people just to impress other people but they're really not serious about it. 

CHANGE IS AN EVERYDAY PROCESS

Don't get excited with new year, get excited with today, change is an everyday process and you need to get use to it. Be aware with what you're doing, be aware with what you're thinking and stop what's stopping you. Stop the thoughts and actions that are not helping you to get on top. Be mindful of what you're doing every second, control your mind, control your decisions. You have to make sure that you're being useful and productive every second... that's how to make the change take place. If you really want to change then embrace the grind, embrace the stress because you will feel different, you will feel uncomfortable. Nothing will change if you keep feeling the same way, you have to feel different and weird, you have to get irritated, your patience will be tested, your endurance will be challenged. It's a mental game, you really have to control your thoughts and direct it to positive actions. Your brain is the one who will change your life, overwrite your subconscious mind through repetition of positive thoughts and create new habits that will make you take actions easier. Repetition is the key here, see the image that you want of yourself and be it. 

YOU CAN FINISH IT IF YOU REALLY WANT IT

Every time you start a work or a goal you don't want to finish it right? you will feel lazy in the middle of the process. You will start to create a built in excuses, you will start to complain, you will start to feel unmotivated because you can't see results. The truth is... you can achieve anything you want if you're committed to it. You can finish any race, task or goal if you're really serious about it. The question is do you really want it bad enough? are you willing to do whatever it takes to win? Do you have that burning desire? are you hungry everyday? if you're hungry to finish it then you will be able to finish it as simple as that. It's all about your mentality, what's your mindset all about? are you all about finishing? or are you the person same as others who just keep on talking? Stop playing around, you have to get serious about it. Start fast and finish strong. The number one key to change is to destroy all of your excuses, if you need to do something... do it without feeling heavy about it, just start and never think. If you need to exercise just put your shoes on and run, if you need to start a business just do the first step and continue, if you need to wash the dishes just start it without feeling overwhelmed of the number of hours you need to use to finish it, if you need to study then just open your book. It's too simple if you will not think, just do it and never look back. You can finish anything if you really want it, it's just a matter of staying committed and not resting when you're tired, when you feel tired... keep pushing, there should be no space for resting, there should be no multiple pauses, you have to keep going no matter what, always think that you're getting stronger every time you push, you're becoming a better person every time you go all in. 

CHANGE EVEN IF IT'S TOO LATE

Even if you're already 70 years old and you want to change then change, if you want to learn something then learn it, take it one step at a time, change will happen through baby steps, you don't need to force it, change will happen if you are patient. Even if it's already 4:30 in the morning and there's something you need to do... do it, don't wait for tomorrow, you wasted a lot of time right? so you need to face the consequences of it, do it even if it's already too late, do it even if you think you will run out of time. Starting is the key here, it's only hard when you're about to start but once you get that momentum going... everything will be a lot easier. Start even if you think you have no more time, change even if you already pass the deadline, move even if there's no more reason to do it. Moving forward all the time is the most important thing, not the time, not the results, change will only happen if you will push yourself to do what is needed even if it's too uncomfortable. 

QUIT TALKING LIKE OTHERS

Most people will brag on social media about what they're going to do, they say they will write a book, lose some weight, be a different person, will run a marathon, will learn something blah blah blah. But what did happen after a few months? they haven't started yet, or maybe they start it but they didn't follow through. Don't be like others, stop talking and stay humble, focus on taking actions, focus on your own journey, you don't need to convince people that you will do something, you don't need to talk about your plans, stay quiet and focus on the execution.
