stay still whenever you need to

The calmer you get the more control you have. If you have a relaxed mind you will see everything, you will feel everything and will be able to make the right decisions. When everyone is panicking you are should stay still, whenever you are losing you should stay still, whenever you are going down you should stay still, whenever the situation in stressful you should stay still. There is no point in panicking because it will only create chaos and disorder. You have to be cool under fire, you have to act like there is nothing wrong and everything will be alright. Because if you have a stressed mind then you will have a stressed reality, it's not about what's going on around you, it's about what's going on with your mind. So be mindful all the time, be aware of your thoughts and never let your thoughts control you, control your thoughts all the time. 

YOUR MIND IS VERY POWERFUL

If you have a clear and calm mind then you will have so much power. It's all in the mind, you can control everything when you have a clear mind. Be clear with your vision, be clear with what you want, be clear if your intention. Life is going to get hard, there will be challenges but if you know that it's normal then there is nothing to be afraid of. Your mind can change any situation you are in, just think about positive things and you will end up on a good place, think about ugly images and you will attract negative situations. Always trust your mind. Sometimes there is really no problem, there is really nothing to worry about but because your mind was so negative then you're creating a big illusion that you must protect yourself and that's why you're getting anxious. But it's ok, if your mind can create your own problem then it can also give you the solution. Just try to calm it all the time, stay still, don't worry, don't panic, don't think about the future. Just believe in the power of your mind, believe that it can solve anything, believe that it can give you anything if you will fee it with the right thoughts. 

So if you feel powerless at the moment it means you're not thinking the right way. Always think that you're powerful, always believe in the power of your mind. Stay still, stay calm, stay positive and believe that everything will be alright. 

JUST THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT

If what you want is to get what you want then simply get it without any fear, without judging the situation if it's hard or impossible to overcome. Just get it, if you can't get it then try again, as simple as that. Just think about what you want and never entertain any other thoughts. Focus on taking positive actions. Stay relaxed while pushing and grinding, never panic, never rush, never worry about the future, focus on the now and focus on what you want. Never think about what you don't want such as failing, making a mistake, getting rejected, losing, not getting the opportunity, experiencing a difficulty etc. And even if you're already experiencing what you don't want... still never look at it, don't think about it, don't worry about it, don't feel bad about it... just keep moving forward and soon it will be gone. 

If you're about to lose think about winning. If you're about to get broke think about money. If you're in pain think about bliss. If you're getting overwhelmed think about peace. If you're getting unlucky think about luck. Believe in the power of reverse psychology, think only about the things that you want to attract into your life and the situation will change. 

WHENEVER  YOU'RE ANXIOUS

Whenever you're scared, overwhelmed, worried, troubled or stunned... stay still, put that mind into neutral state. Don't do anything and just feel your body and scan your thoughts. Study the situation and ask yourself "why am I afraid of this?" treat it as nothing, detach from it and never give it any value. Once you made something not valuable you will never be afraid of it anymore. Because the number one reason why you're too scared is you always make something valuable, you think that it is too important. 

For example a basketball player who's so afraid to take the shot because when he miss his coach will bench him. He was so anxious, he's so afraid to make a mistake. What he need to do is liberate himself form the idea that his coach matters, if he will just listen to himself and not worry about what his coach is going to do then he will gain more confidence. Once you're disconnected from the thought that troubles you... you will become more relaxed and confident, you will be able to make the right decision. 

Don't worry about anything else and just worry about your calmness, look at yourself... are you calm now? or are you panicking? put your mind in a neutral state, don't think at all, let go of every attachment. Whenever you feel uncomfortable all you have to do is let go of the attachment, let go of the thoughts that scares you, let life happen by itself, don't resist anything and you will feel your power again. Everything will be a lot easier if you will just think the right way. There is really nothing to hold on to, there is really nothing to be worried about. Let life happen, embrace everything. Let failures, judgments, negativity, madness happen and still let your mind be still. Nothing can bother you if you will stay calm and poised. Don't worry about the bad things that may happen, never try to control everything because you will be the one who will be controlled if you do that.
