YOU ARE CREATING PATTERNS EVERYDAY

The best way to control your life is to study your behaviors and thoughts everyday. You are creating patterns everyday, you are developing habits, thought patterns, cycles and techniques. It all depends on how you use your time, how you use your life. So study yourself carefully, the best subject to study is your life and nothing else. If you don't love the results you are getting then it's time to change the paradigm, it's time to make a shift, it's time to change something. You can't be feeling and thinking the same way everyday and expect changes to occur, you will never get our of the rut you are in if you keep doing the same pattern 3 years ago. It's time to eliminate what is not working, change something, change a little bit that will give you a little bit momentum to make a dramatic change in your life. Be aware of what's going on with your system, you need to make a conscious effort to guard every action you are doing and propel yourself to success. You can never get on top if you can't control your mind and behaviors. 

WHAT HABITS ARE WORKING

The level of your success depends on the quality of your habits. Creating money is just a habit, winning is just a habit, losing is also a habit. Your habits dictates where your life will go. It's not about how good you are, it's not about how rich or talented you are. If you can build the right habits that are working then you will become a winner. It's only just a matter of time before you win. Habit is very hard to build but once you were able to build it... everything else will become a lot easier. A simple and effective habit can make a difference. A simple workout, a simple meditation, a simple pattern of thinking, a simple reaction, a simple cleaning of your body and cleaning your room can make a difference. Your results were made of your habits, your energy and pattern of thinking were made of your habits. You're the only one who wrecked your own life, it's your daily habit that put you on that bad position. 

So look at yourself, study what's going on, study your environment. Study all of your actions and reaction, why are you getting something after an specific action? why are you failing even if you're working hard? maybe there is a habit that you need to get rid of, maybe there is something that's not putting you on the right direction, maybe you need to tweak your life a little bit. 

WHAT THOUGHTS ARE WORKING

Is a negative thought working? is it giving you a good life" is it making you feel good? if yes then keep thinking negative. But if not then you better think positive, what thoughts are working? it can be thinking that you're succeeding, thinking that you can do it, thinking that you deserve a good life. These thoughts are way better than thinking that you're a victim. 

WHAT COMBINATIONS ARE WORKING

If a combination of salad and meat is working for you then use it. If a combination of hard work and belief is giving you a progress then keep using it. If a combination of sacrifice plus partying later is working for you then use it. If a combination of steroids plus relentless training is working for you then why not use it everyday? if a combination of praying before the game plus shouting your goal is working for you then why not use it all the time? you have to find the right combinations that works for you. You have to be mindful of what you're doing, you have to know what's best for you and not. 

CREATE A FAKE PATTERN

Fake it till you make it, a pattern of working hard plus believing that you will win. A pattern of trusting the process and doing whatever it takes, a pattern of forcing yourself to believe in yourself even if you feel that you don't deserve it. You have to create a fake pattern, believe that it will give you something. 

WHAT ENERGY IS WORKING

Some people have a bad energy but they thrive off it, some people are not nice but it works for them, some people have a bad vibration but they become successful, it all depends on what energy works for you. If being a negative person works for you and you love it so be it, but normally a negative energy doesn't end well but it still depends on the person. Some people were always mad, aggressive, savage but they still manage to come out on top. Some people were too nice, well mannered, generous, passive but they hate their lives and they can't get what they want. 

REACTION IS A PATTERN

Every time you react on something and that reaction was too strong... it will happen again and again For example if you react on a waiter serving a cold soup... you will react on every situation similar to that. You will react on a burger served cold, you will react on a lazy worker, you will react on your neighbor treating you cold. Reaction is a pattern, every time you react on a specific small thing you will also react on other things that doesn't even need your attention. 

ACCEPT THAT WHAT YOU'RE DOING IS NOT WORKING

What you're doing nowis not working and you have to accept that. The reason why you keep on getting the same results is because you're just repeating what you did yesterday, there's no something new at all. You're fooling yourself by wishing that everything could be better but you're still doing the same habits ten years ago. Nothing will change if you don't change. So change your mind change your  habits, change your surrounding, change the way you react and everything will change. The power is in your hands, you just need to use it.
