THE TRUTH ABOUT LAZINESS

Laziness is the cause of depression. You are feeling down, low and unmotivated because you're not taking actions at all. You want to do something, you know you have to move but you're not forcing yourself to take the first step. It's really about taking the first step, it's really about doing the first move. If you're depressed it means you're not doing anything, you have to force yourself to do something positive, it can be a simple walk outside or working something for yourself. 

LAZINESS IS ONLY IN THE BEGINNING.

The truth is... laziness is only in the beginning, you feel unmotivated in the beginning, you feel that it's hard in the beginning but once you tried something and take actions... you will feel motivated, you would love to continue, you would love to work hard. So keep in mind that laziness was only felt in the beginning, every time you take baby steps you feel much better and confident. You will feel really off and sloppy in the beginning but that emotion can change so fast if you force yourself to just do it and take actions. Just do something, it's ok if you have a slow start, just start anyway regardless of how you feel. Emotions doesn't matter, action does. Slap your own face if you can't move and get mad at yourself because you're too lazy. Start doing something even if it's not making an impact, just move and never allow yourself to become stuck on one place for a very long time. You can make a progress if you want to, all it takes is the willpower to take actions whenever you feel lazy and heavy. 

OVERTHINKING IS THE ROOT OF LAZINESS

It all starts with your mind. If you're thinking too much, if you're too worried about making it prefect right away then you will feel lazy because you will get overwhelmed, you will become scared because of being afraid to make a mistake. If you will just stop thinking about what might went wrong, if you will just forget the time remaining, if you will just think that everything is going to flow then you will never have a hard time taking actions. Don't rush the process, don't look for an easy way out, don't look for a shortcut and be in the moment all the time, start taking actions now and enjoy the process slowly, don't compare your pace to others, be ok being slow, just stay consistent and you will go further. 

It's better to be taking actions now and doing something for yourself rather than throwing away your time for nonsense activities that are making you lazier and lazier. It's better to be failing and making mistakes because you're on the right path rather than procrastinating and being afraid to fail. It's all about taking actions and nothing else, it's about showing up and never giving up. Don't be afraid to try, don't be afraid to make a lot of mistakes because you can always try again later or tomorrow. 

LITTLE BY LITTLE FOR YOUR DREAM

Chase your dream little by little, step by step, inch by inch go and get it. Never stop, never look back, never look for reasons why you can't have it. Just work hard every single day and discipline yourself to take actions all the time. Stop procrastinating, stop hesitating and just go for it no matter what. The process is too simple... don't be lazy and just keep taking actions all the time, do something for your dream everyday and never think that it's alright to rest now. Don't rest, even if it's holiday don't rest, you have to consider every single second as a must to take action. Because nobody is going to help you, that's the reality, you have to help yourself, you have to do everything you can to put yourself on a better position to succeed. Stop stopping yourself, stop judging yourself that you're not going to win because it will not help you. You have to believe that you're getting better and your life is getting better every time you move. Because at the end of the day there is no other else to blame but you, you put yourself on that spot, you allow yourself to become lazy and that's why you can't get out of the rut you are in. Do something before it's too late, take actions and never go back to your old self again. Laziness is only hard in the beginning, once you were able to train yourself to just do it then everything will be alright, everything will flow smoothly. 

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING IT

You should have it in your mind that you're always going to do what you need to do, you don't even need to think about doing it, you don't even need to hesitate or think twice, it should be automatic that you will do it no matter where you are or what time it is. You should not think about if you're going to exercise or not, you just move, you just run or do some drills whether it's already 4:40 am and you're at the bar, you just do it, do it even if it's too uncomfortable. 

Take actions whenever you feel tired or wanting to make excuses, don't ever look for a reason why you just need to do it tomorrow, you will never do it tomorrow for sure because you already grant yourself the privilege to procrastinate. Stop being lazy and just draw the first blood, execute whenever you don't feel right. Never take any day for granted, always think of it as something that is precious and should never be taken lightly. 

Train yourself to become an automatic person, if you need to do something don't even think if you're going to do it today or tomorrow, do it now because you want to do it and you still need to do it in the future, stop wasting any second and just do it now... as fast as you can. It will be fun if you're fast, your life will become extraordinary if you can be the hardest working person that you can be. Don't be afraid of hard work, don't be afraid of focusing on something because it's worth it, you will never regret it in the end.
