GO TO WHERE THERE IS LESSER PAIN

At the end of the day, you will still feel pain, you are not immune to stress and discomfort. But you can choose where the lesser pain is, choose where discomfort is less irritating. You can never become resistant to pain but you can lessen it by choosing the right options and entertaining the better thoughts that are less painful. 

YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER IF YOU'R TAKING ACTIONS

It's painful to take actions especially if you're a lazy person. It's painful to exercise if you're a bum, it's painful to take matters into your own hands if you're coward, it's hard to discipline yourself but you will feel lesser pain if you take actions. It's hard to endure a life that is falling apart. It's hard to become rich but it's harder to become poor. It's hard to become healthy but it's more painful if you're unhealthy and sick. Which pain will you choose? the stronger or the weaker pain? If you are moving, if you are giving your best then life will become much easier. Because if you're always procrastinating and wasting your time, if you're always taking every given day for granted then you will fee more pain, your life will become worse. Moving and working hard is will give you some pain but being lazy is more painful, your will feel it twice or even more. 

BECOME CLEAR OF WHAT YOU WANT

If you are clear of what you want and need to do then you will feel lesser pain. It's because your mind will never be confused, and speaking of confusion... it's really painful because you're always being hesitant and afraid. Being focused on what you want and putting all of your energies into it will create lesser pain because you will become organized

FEAR IS PAINFUL TOO

Fear is painful, it's a weird feeling. The counterpart of pain is courage, it is lesser painful, it's hard to believe but it's lesser painful. You will feel much better if you choose courage over pain. 


PAIN IS ONLY IN THE MIND

You can choose what kind of mind you need to have in order to make life easier. Your mind can change anytime you want to. A positive mind feels lesser pain than a negative mind. A negative mind amplifies the pain every time you complain, think that it's bad, whine, blame other people and look for sympathy. It's because you're too focused on the negative effect of the situation and that's why the pain becomes worse everyday. 

If you're losing don't think that you're losing, if you're sick don't think that you're sick, if you've been disrespected don't think that way and think about the people that respects you a lot.
