DEVELOP HARD WORK THEN ELEVATE YOUR MINDSET

Hard work alone can never make you successful, while it's true that it can make you successful in some ways but it can only make you go far, sometimes hard work alone is frustrating especially if you can't make progress.

Of course you need to work hard but once you have that habit of working hard, once you get comfortable in working hard everyday... you need to figure out how to think big, you need to look for some bigger things in life. Remember the hard work is there but is there a big ambition behind that hard work? are you working for something big or are you working for something small? that's why some people just died working hard. A good example vendors on the streets, there is nothing wrong with it if they are really satisfied with being a vendor for the rest of their lives. But if they were thinking about getting rich how will they do it? some people were really hard workers but they can't figure out how to have a better life, it's simply because they have the same mindset and set of actions everyday. They have to think differently and elevate their minds to another level so that they will get a different and bigger results.

Because it's hard to develop a strong belief if you don't know how to work hard. You can believe for a while and then that belief will die because you are not working and if you are not working your mind will become depressed and entertain a lot of negativity. You need to develop hard work first then make sure your mind is being creative everyday, make sure you are aiming for something more, imagine things, use your imagination and once there is something that goes into your head... execute right away, never wait, that intuition can be right for the very first time. Never be afraid to try and try again, just keep trying something new. Once you're stuck into something... you will be stuck forever if you're not trying something new, you can work hard forever but you can be stuck forever if you will not elevate your mindset. Just like a maid who keeps on working hard for centuries, she can work hard everyday for the est of her life but she will never become rich because she keeps on doing the same thing over and over again. She need to elevate her mindset and dream about bigger things, not just a Christmas bonus from her boss, not just an increase in salary.

Hard work is the foundation, if you already have that habit of showing up everyday even during holidays then you are already set up for success, all it takes is find that missing ingredient and that is working on your mind games. It's either you develop a new skill or you find a way, just stop doing the same thing again and again because it's making you stuck forever.

If they can do it then you can do it too, those great ones and rich ones were no better than you. Just remember that you only have one life, why not use it to experience the best things in life? why not use it to elevate your social status and experience being on top? you can do it if you will believe in yourself enough to do some amazing things. You can do it if you will elevate your mindset.

Because once you are working hard and you feel that your life is not changing then there should be a minor change that needs to be done and it all starts in your head. Think bigger, dream bigger, start being creative, start believing in yourself more, have a nothing to lose mindset. Realize that the world can offer you more if you will decide to go after what you really want. Don't settle for less, don't settle for something that you really don't want, it's time for a change, it's time to elevate your mindset.

IF THE PAIN IS NOT SCARY YOU WILL FACE IT

The reality is... if the pain is not scary then you will face it, that's why it is so hard to face the truth... it is painful and at the same time it is scary. Just like a man who feels that his life is in danger and has a terrible disease... he will be so scared to face the pain, he will be afraid to consult the doctor because he thinks that he will get a very bad news. But if he feels that his life is not in danger and his life is not at risk then he will become more confident to go to the doctor. 

Pain is only scary if you know that it your life is in danger but if not then you will face it. But sometimes you're the only one who's creating that it's too dangerous, you keep on being scared about it although there is nothing to be scared about. And that is why pain grows bigger and bigger, that's why it becomes more painful... it is already poisoning your mind. Your psychology and physiology is being controlled by fear. So if you want to feel better then stop focusing on fear. Fear is what makes the pain more painful, it is what's controlling your life. 

So if you want to have a breakthrough all you need to do is stop thinking that it's scary, think that you are safe and think that it's safe. It may harm you a little bit but it will never put you in danger at all. It becomes dangerous because you think that you're in danger. But if you will think that it's all just a process then you will feel much better. You can feel good while in pain, it's simply about relaxing and focusing on the things that you want and not on what you don't want. 

Pain is just a feeling, there is no danger on it. Mental, emotional or physical pain... it is nothing if you will not make it a big deal. Once you focus and identify what you want... the journey will become much much easier. 

Even if it looks too painful, never create an illusion that it's life threatening, never think that you will fail. Always think that you can conquer anything and simply focus on being positive. Believe that you can overcome it, believe that you are powerful than any kind of pain. 

Some pain are not even painful at all, your fear makes it three times stronger than what originally it is. You need to learn how to handle fear first before you break any kind of pain. Pain will go away if fear isn't there anymore, no matter how painful it was... if you're confident that it can never harm you then you will win, you will become triumphant in the end. It is not painful if you're not fearful, it is not painful if you will just face it and learn how to manipulate your feelings towards it. 

Not all pain is scary, your illusion towards it make it scary. So beware of your thoughts, control the negative thoughts and you will control your destiny. 

All pain will subside, it is never permanent. So don't dwell on it too much, stop talking about it, stop making dramas about it. Everyone who's chasing greatness is in pain, everyone is having a hard time. Some people's pain is even painful than your pain but they were too optimistic that's why they can't feel it anymore, they were simply focused on what they want. If you're focus on what you want you will forget every painful feeling that you have, you will survive any problem, you will feel much much better and confident. Your pain is not special so stop giving it any attention. 

So don't be afraid of any kind of pain, it's just a feeling, you can overcome that scary feeling with an optimistic feeling. Stop thinking about the future and face the pain now, feel good about it, just relax and replace it with a more wonderful and attractive feeling. It will only become possible if you will think about beautiful and positive thoughts that already happened or may happen in your life.

YOUR FEAR WILL GIVE UP

Just keep being scared, just let your fear instill phobias, just face your fears, keep feeling it over and over again and your fear will give up. It will no longer scare you, it will no longer affect your mind. Fear can never control your mind forever, it can never scare you for the rest of your life. It's only temporary. You are not invincible so as your fear but if you will persevere enough and keep holding on to your beliefs then your fear will subside, it will go away, it can never make you feel anything anymore. Fear is just a subject, it is nothing, don't treat it like somethings special, don't give too much focus on it, focus on what you want and your fears will be overwritten.

Your fear is not strong, it is weak, it will give up anytime soon. Just keep on fighting, just keep on moving forward and your fear will be defeated, it will lose to you. Your fear can never keep you down forever, one day you will be able to conquer your fear and you will be able to thrive all the way, you will rise, you will go to a different level... someone who feels invincible all the time. Because at the end of the day, you've got to feel something, why not feel invincible? but it's ok, don't worry if you can't feel it now, don't worry if you can't feel invincible today, just keep being scared but always show up, one day you will get sick and tired of feeling scared and you will learn how to fight, you will learn how to retaliate, you will learn how to conquer your fears.

It's just an emotion, your fear is nothing but an emotion, you can erase it all the time into your system. But if you're having a hard time conquering it today... just don't think, stay still, stay relaxed. If you can't relax then pause for a while and feel your senses, keep feeling that weird and scary feeling, stay in the moment and never resist, you will discover that you're stronger than your fears. It will not be easy to conquer it in the beginning but if you keep on fighting and keep powering through... you will prevail in the end, you will be the last man standing.

ALL IT CAN DO IS MAKE YOU PARANOID

That's it, fear is not real, all it can do is make you paranoid. All it can do is make you think crazily, it can never make your life worse. You're the one who make your life worse by focusing on it. The key here is despite of feeling it... move forward and show up, try to give your very best all the time. Try to entertain thoughts that will erase your fears. Again, if you can't get rid of it right away then just stop thinking and focus on your breathing, think consciously and never try to look for comfort right away, feel good feeling uncomfortable, feel good being in the moment, you have to be ok not being ok. Sometimes the fear is not yet there but you're already expecting it, you're the one who's creating it, you're the one who's making it stronger. Just relax and take it easy, you don't need to feel good all the time, you just need to show up and give your very best in every single second and that's it, there is nothing else to think about.

DON'T RUSH

It may take some time to conquer your fear, it may take some days or weeks or even months but don't worry, it will go for sure. Just be patient and never get frustrated, that fear is just a small part of your system, it is not who you are. So don't feel bad whenever you are scared, just keep pushing forward and live a normal life. One day you will feel better, one day you will become brave, it can even happen now, it's impossible to live cowardly for the rest of your life, you can become brave if you will work on it, you can have that courage that will free you from sadness and failure. So don't rush and just enjoy the process, just enjoy what is going on and feel free to become creative in manipulating your feelings, feel free to try everything to manipulate your fear. This is a battle, sometimes you will win and sometimes you will lose, but the most important thing is you will in in the end.

LEARN HOW TO CALM YOURSELF, LEARN HOW TO STOP THINKING

If fear is already there all you need to do is calm yourself, you don't need to do anything, you don't need to pretend that you're brave, just calm yourself and everything will be alright. Stop thinking, don't think about the future, don't think about trying to feel good, just stop thinking and that's it. If you will not think then you will never entertain negative thoughts, if you will not think then you are free. It's ok if you are slow, there's no rush here, this is a process, just be patient in dealing with your fears and you will be able to neutralize it. HOW DOES IT FEEL TO GO ALL IN?


If you're feeling weak, if you feel like nothing good is happening in your life... try going all in, go all out, go all the way, give everything you've got to become successful. IT'S NOT OVER CONFIDENT IT'S BEING LAZY

There is no such thing as being overconfident, there is only laziness. If you are too confident that you're going to succeed then you will still work hard. The harder you work the more confident you will become. Hard work takes away doubts and fears, inaction opens the door for failing.

Some people will say that they become over confident that's why they didn't win. It's an excuse, they just become tired so the don't work hard anymore. They feel that their efforts is enough, they were lying to themselves that they can afford to relax and not push anymore because they already have a strong momentum for winning. But in the end they will see that they never make it, they never succeed. It's because their lacking the effort, their energies and works were not enough, it's not about being overconfident... it's about being lazy.

Who are you to talk about being over confident that is why you didn't win? you will see it if you're going down, you will feel it if you're slowly getting defeated, you can still do something during that time then why didn't you do it? being over confident that's why you lose is just an excuse, it's an excuse widely used by people who could have win but come up short because they didn't push themselves until the end, they didn't show up, they hide during pressure times, they never move when they need to take matters into their own hands.

So if you really wanted to win.. work hard from beginning until the end, never stop, never feel secure even if you have a strong momentum, that momentum may change easily if you take every second for granted. You shouldn't blink, your focus should be very strong. Nothing should distract you and you should stay humble all the time, never think that you already won while there is still some work to do, anything can change, the momentum may be taken away from you anytime.

So keep working harder everyday and never stop, just keep pushing, keep grinding until the victory is already yours.

LAZINESS WILL KILL YOU

Laziness will kill you, you are sure to go down if you are lazy. Laziness is the baddest thing in your life, if you really want to succeed then you need to keep pushing all the time. And even if you're already succeeding... don't relax because your status will never be forever, you will never stay on top all the time, you need to work harder and never lose your sight of winning, always focus until the end. The number one reason why you're not winning in life is not being overconfident nor lack of resources or skills... it's your laziness. You believe that it only takes small effort to become successful and that idea is poisoning your mind for a very long time.

So if you really feel confident that you're going to succeed... then work. Work harder than yesterday and work harder tomorrow. Hard work should never stop, it should be your life, it should be your culture. Hard work is your savior and nothing else.

If you're stuck just work, if you don't know what to do just work. Work and work until you finally change the outcome of your life. You have to accept that hard work is the only key, there are no shortcuts to success, if there is then why all people are not doing it? just accept that you have to grind all day long if you want to become successful. If you really want it then you will climb the highest mountain, you will swim the deepest ocean, you should never stop yourself from working hard and doing the best thing for your life.

YOU CAN FEEL CONFIDENT ALL THE TIME BUT WOULD THAT HELP YOU?

You can declare to the world that you can do it, you can post on social media that you will do whatever it takes, you can feel confident all the time but would that help you? you can say anything you want, you can look good in front of other people, you can say the most unbelievable words about yourself, you can impress everyone but if you can't make results... you will still look like a clown in the end, all of them will remember your cockiness and they will never believe you anymore. If you say something, if you said you're going to do it then do it, as simple as that. Once you say something do it, never stop until you succeed, as simple as that.

The world already has plenty of jokers and fakes, you can feel confident all the time and fool yourself that you're going to succeed but that confident will fade in the end if you can't make results, you will doubt yourself, you will begin to second guess if you will start something or not because you don't trust yourself anymore. So stop talking, stop being over confident and just push yourself to the limits, go further and further. Stop being arrogant, stop being too cocky... just show them what you can do.

You can win if your belief is so strong, you will find a way, you will never agree to defeat, you will never even entertain the ideas about losing. It's all about how strong your belief is, never think about losing, never lose just like that... keep fighting until the end, keep building your beliefs and never surrender to defeat. Belief is all you need, you an only strengthen it if you will not quit and just choose working instead.

Are you just going to take your life for granted? are you just going to let yourself lose without trying everything you can? losing is not an option, you have to keep fighting for what you want if you want to have it in your life.

Face all the challenges eat all the adversities, those difficulties in life were nothing. What matters is your belief is still strong so you will never give up. If your belief is still strong then you have a very big chance of winning in life. Whatever you have in life, take it and fight, never look at what you don't have, focus on what are you trying to believe. It's not the destiny, it's the journey that matters. This may sound so corny but it's true. You will experience life even more, you will get more out of life if you will focus on the process. Focus on enjoying it step by step. Don't focus on the results because it will only make you think negatively, it will make you scared, frustrated and depressed especially if you're not getting what you want. There is more in life than increasing it's speed. Some people hate their lives not because they were poor, always failing and feeling the hardship of it it's because they can't enjoy the journey. They always think that once they become healthy, successful, rich, popular and powerful then that's the only time they can become happy. And that kind of attitude makes them stuck, that kind of perspective is what's stopping them from being happy.

You have to appreciate the now if you want to make a progress, you really have to enjoy your situation if you want to change your life. If you keep on focusing on what is lacking in your life then you will keep on attracting bad situations. Always look at what you want even if it's not yet there.

If you will always look at your destiny then you will become unproductive. You will always think about it, you will never work hard anymore because you become destructed with the thoughts on how to get it, you're not taking actions to get it, you're simply playing with your imagination. BE PATIENT and NEVER RUSH

Life is all about breathing and experiencing life, if you want more than that then be patient. It takes time to accomplish greatness, you can't afford to become careless because that will affect you emotionally. Just enjoy the ride and keep giving your very best. It's not bad if you're the last on the line, what's wrong about being slow? for as long as you're giving your very best and enjoying the process then you're already successful. Stop thinking about the destination because it will only create doubts and fears, believe in the process, believe in what you can do, believe in the moment, believe that what you want is already on it's way, you just need to keep grinding harder.

WHAT IF YOU MASTER MEDIOCRITY FIRST?

What if you master mediocrity first? what do you think will be the outcome of your journey? Everyone is talking about greatness, there are fake gurus out there who will teach you how to achieve greatness but they themselves don't have any experience on how to become great. Greatness is a very deep thing, nobody can measure it, sometimes you don't know that you're almost there but you still feel like you haven't achieved anything yet.

You can define your own greatness, you can set your own standards. For me, greatness is simply achieving a small goal then you look for another bigger goal and you achieve it again, the process never change, you will just repeat it, you will just force yourself to become better and better each day. Greatness is hard to achieve but it is easy to go to that path, once you decide that you will chase it and you will do everything to get it... you're already on the path of becoming great. What if you don't stop chasing it? what if you really give everything to get it?

In the beginning you don't know how to begin, the best thing is to master MEDIOCRITY FIRST. Just do something, don't be afraid to look bad, don't be afraid if your work sucks. Most people talks about greatness but they don't even know how to start and where to start. Just start something and never stop it, don't be afraid to look mediocre. Remember that repetition is the path to GREATNESS. If you repeat something over and over again... you will become great at it, especially if you already attached it to your life and make it as your daily habit, you will become unstoppable, you will become the best.

So start being mediocre now, master mediocrity and never be ashamed of the average skill that you have. Just be a fast starter, make sure that you will become productive each day, repeat the process again and again and you will find yourself being great already. It's simply about who can take massive actions, it's not how great you are for now, it's how willing you are to become great.

PUSH YOURSELF TO THE LIMITS

Push yourself to the limits and never sell yourself short. Don't worry about your skill or level, just keep on reaching for something bigger, just keep on growing each day and try to make yourself better and better. All you have to do is stop being stagnant, always watch yourself if you're not doing something anymore. Always avoid procrastination and focus on taking actions... that's how to get things done. Never settle, avoid being lazy, just do something that will give you a little progress and that's it. It's easy to push yourself to the limits, just stay in motion and don't worry if you are slow or fast, just keep moving forward all the time and that's it. Stop thinking, stop worrying, stop thinking about winning or losing and just move.

IT'S NOT ABOUT PROVING HOW GREAT YOU ARE

Stop proving yourself to them, prove to yourself that you can do it. Why will you try to prove yourself to everyone? you don't need to do it, trying to impress people will never get the job done, and even if you're already good... there will still be some people who will still criticize you, you will never be immune to critics, all you an do is prove to yourself that you can work hard too like the great ones and achieve your own definition of success. You don't need to prove yourself, if you really work hard today and give everything you've got then there is no more argument to win. Your conscience is clean, you know you give your best, you know you didn't become lazy. Just keep taking actions everyday towards your goal and that is greatness already.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO LOOK AVERAGE

Remember, the most important thing is you're working, it doesn't matter if you look average, what matters is you take it step by step and you're enjoying your work. You're only average if you're not working hard, but if you're giving your very best and you're not leaving any stone unturned... you're already great. Make greatness simple, master mediocrity and you will become great one day. Mastering mediocrity means mastering greatness, you just do it, you don't care about how you look, you don't care if people were laughing at you or criticizing you, you just do it and you hope for the best. You know if you are deserving of something great or not, if you really sacrifice for it then you deserve a great prize... really really big prize. So just start something and don't be afraid to look average, so what if you look bad? at least you're doing something and you're not taking your life for granted.

CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY

You need to show up everyday, you need to do it even if you feel lazy or tired, you need to become the hardest worker in the world. Be consistent, always do it no matter what, always do it even if it's too late, always do it even if you feel that it will never make an impact, never miss a day doing it and you will become good on it. Always stay consistent, always stay on the grind and you will prevail one day, you will make it to the top. Nobody can deny you if you're consistent, nobody can stop you from growing if you have a fixed mindset that you're going to succeed no matter what. It's easy to get consistent, all you have to do is stop thinking and start working, don't be afraid to start mediocre, don't be afraid if you're not doing good... just keep going no matter what.

FACE YOUR FEARS LIVE YOUR LIFE

Let's face it, let's be real, let's be super realistic here... there is no such thing as unafraid person. You will be scared every once in a while, you will never be immune to fear. But you can trick yourself, you can trick your life, you can still become brave despite of feeling that fear. All you need to do to become a productive and possess a super human strength is to face your fears, deal with it. You will be scared when you face it, you will sweat, your armpits will sweat but that fear can never scare you for the rest of your life, you can adjust to it, you can adapt to it and that fear will no longer scare you anymore. It can make you feel negative for a few seconds but it can no longer control your brain, you already owned it, you can even laugh at it while feeling it. Fear will always be there, it's already part of your life so just deal with it and don't be afraid to become afraid, don't be scared to feel fear, it will come and go. Sometimes you can never change the reality anymore but don't ever let it scare you, stay calm, stay still and your fears will go away. STUDY WHAT ARE YOU BELIEVING


What are you believing? what is controlling you? what is the belief that is making you weak or making you strong? your beliefs is your life, it is controlling your reality. If you believe in something then your life will revolve on it, it will take over your life. Your beliefs plays a major role in your life so you need to be careful on what beliefs are you catering, what beliefs are you playing inside of your head in your daily life.

Your belief is what's running inside of your brain the whole day, it occupies 90 percent of your brain. So if a negative thought is running inside of your brain, it means you believe it no matter how much you hate it. The key here is be mindful, forget about the negative thoughts even if it looks real, start entertaining the positive thoughts so that your life will change.

You can't be believing on one thing and believing on the other thing, you can't be believing in success and at the same time believing in failure. Your belief should be solid, it shouldn't be bothered, it shouldn't be split into two. If you will believe in something, if you already decided that you're going to believe it then never entertain other beliefs anymore, make a stand for that belief, go all in for that belief.

So be mindful of what you're believing because it will affect your life, it will affect your reality. If I were you I will start to believe in myself, I will start to believe in my power so that you can control your destiny. Everyone wants to become perfect. Everyone wants a very good life, a very good start, a comfortable place to live in, a kind boss, a perfect art, a perfect process, they don't want flaws, they don't want ugliness or mistakes, they simply want everything to be in harmony with how they feel. And that kind of attitude and vision makes their lives miserable even more.

PERFECTION CANNOT BE ACHIEVED. Having a perfect life, having a perfect wife, having a perfect surrounding, having a perfect job... this is not possible. If you're always looking for a perfect life then you will always find flaws. Perfectionist people always find ugliness in everything, they always find something to blame or something where they can be mad about. They never get satisfied, they always find something to improve even if there is no need to improve it anymore, they always compared themselves to others especially to people who were better than them.

If you're always looking for your life to become perfect then you're looking for something that cannot be seen. You're looking at the air, you're looking at the black hole. You can never see it because perfection is just an illusion. Even if you try so hard, even if you almost got yourself killed... you can never see it because you're not focused on perfection, you're focused on seeing what is wrong.

PERFECTIONIST WORRIES ABOUT THE FUTURE TOO MUCH. They always think about what ifs, they always think about the worst thing that could happen. 2. Know what you want. Imagine what you wanted to be, focus on what you really want and stop thinking about the past, people, events that gives your trauma or regrets. Focus on what  you want to happen and your life will change slowly.

3. Be patient. It takes time to change your life, it will be slow but if you are consistent on changing your thoughts then change will take place. Your pacing will be slow but time is fast, just enjoy the process and you will be able to change your life.

4. Focus on one thought that makes you feel better. Just one thought can change your life, just one positive thought can alter your moods, focus on what makes you really happy and never stop thinking about it. Find ways how to do something for it, be creative on trying to build a new life from that thought. You can create a new reality by focusing on one thought that is motivating you and building your life around it.

I thought before that being fearless is not possible, but upon years of studies and research and also trial and error method... I found out that being fearless is possible and it's a state that can be experienced by anyone. No matter how scared you are, no matter how coward you are for the past few years... you can still become fearless today... it is possible.

HOW TO BECOME FEARLESS? Completely detach yourself from anything, detach yourself from external things and people. Talk is cheap, it never accomplishes anything, talking is just a waste of time and energy, but if you're already starting it and taking it one step at a time then you already have a momentum that you can use to make your run work forever. I can talk, everyone can talk, it is very easy to do but starting something and staying on the grind is the most difficult task. If you are doing something that is easy then you will never accomplish anything but if you're doing something that is difficult then you will get something for sure.

DON'T BE AFRAID OF THOSE CUTE FEELINGS

If you want to become tough, if you want to live a superb life... don't be afraid of those cute feelings. Don't be afraid of those little injuries or sickness or discomfort. Don't be afraid to feel bad, that little sprain, that lip bite, that slight fever and headache... those were nothing. Don't be afraid to get a little bit comfortable because every time you face discomfort... you become a better person, you become a stronger person, you become a different animal. Pain is a little weakness leaving the bod, so every time you feel the pain... feel happy, don't panic, don't feel bad about it... celebrate it because it is the realest feeling in the world.

BE A FIGHTER. Stop being coward, stop being soft, fight until the end, force fate and do whatever it takes to win in life. Stop acting like you can't become great. Don't let a little discomfort defeat you, you're better than that, you're stronger than that. You just need to fight harder and never give up, just laugh at those sickness and discomfort and ignore them as much as you can. Being a fighter doesn't mean you need to become brave, it simply means you need to fight and never let those bad feelings scare you or ruin your day. You can power through if you want, you can become greater than your situation, it all depends on you, it all depends on how you handle those little pain that becomes bigger because of too much dramas that was put into it.

LAZINESS IS A CUTE FEELING TOO. Not wanting to deal with the pain, not facing the pain, not facing your responsibilities, not doing something to solve what scares you, taking your life for granted... it's a cute feeling, it's weakness, it's being soft. If you want to become a winner in life then you need to fight laziness, you need to work hard and use your willpower to elevate your life to another level and experience something different. Laziness is what makes you a loser, what triggers laziness is you want the result fast so you don't want to undergo the process anymore, you want it right now but you don't want to work hard for it. So the solution to this s forget the result and just do something that will put you on a better position to succeed.

DON'T BELIEVE IN HOW YOU FEEL

Your feelings are tricking you, it's affecting your psychology. You should not believe in your feelings if you want to get ahead in life. Your feelings is nothing but an emotion, it's not a signal nor a threat, it's not even real. Don't believe in your feelings because it will poison your mind and make you do the wrong things... it's moving you towards making the wrong decision in life. Your feelings is nothing but an emotion, it's not real, if you want to become super human then never prioritize your emotions.

Don't believe that you're tired. You can still take one more actions, you can still write one more word, you can still run one more mile, you can still take one more try, you can still stay awake for one more hour. You eyes were very heavy because you wanted to sleep but if you will think about what you want then you will have more energy to keep going and keep pushing through. You will never become tired again if you can find your own rhythm, it's all about knowing your limits and trying to push that limit a little bit more. You're tired because you're so addicted to rest but if you're addicted to winning and accomplishing things then you will never get tired again.

Don't believe that you're depressed. You.re not depress you're just sad, you're not sad you're just tired, you're not tired you're just sleepy, you're not sleepy you just want to take a little nap.

Don't talk about your depression, don't talk about your problems, stop making dramas and just live your life, explore the possibilities of life, life is all about using it, it's all about experiencing the best and you can only do it if you will allow yourself to live and love. Love the people around you, love the experience that you are going through right now even if it's not that good.

Don't believe that you're stressed. Stress happens when you want something to happen right away and you can't make it. For example a person who wants to go home fast but is stuck in a traffic, he will never feel stressed if he will just enjoy the traffic. A slave who is working for his boss and trying to finish 100 documents in just 30 minutes... the time is running out that's why he feel so stressed. The key to stress is to never rush, never try to go to another place if you're in this place, enjoy where you at right now and always remember that nothing can stress you, you own your life and you know what stresses you or not. Stop letting people and things outside of your circle stress you out because it's not even worth it. 

Don't believe that you can't do it. Of course you can do it, you just can't believe it because you don't want to try. Try and try until you finally win, never stop trying. It's normal to doubt yourself but don't ever believe your instincts that you can't do it. Always think that you can do it and you will have a winning mindset that will bring you to the top. You can do it if you will push hard and allow yourself to try everything in your power, you can do it if you will stop holding yourself back.

Don't believe that you're sick. While at some point it's true that you're not feeling well but the truth is your sickness is 90.8 percent psychological. If you have a cancer believe that you just have a stomach ache, if you have a fever believe that you just have a headache, never believe that you're badly sick because that fear is making your health even worse. Stay happy, stay still and you will be able to defeat any kind of sickness. 

You should stop believing in how you feel now if you want to experience a different kind of life. Most of the feelings you are feeling now is negative, it's time to create a different feeling, it's time to create a different emotion and you can only do it by trusting yourself and optimizing the vision that you are seeing right now. Always believe that the universe is supporting you, always believe that you can defeat any problems that you have right now.

YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO BELIEVE

The problem with you is you don't know what to believe, you have a split energy, you want to believe in yourself but later you will believe others especially if they start to scare you and manipulate your mind. If you can just believe in your mind, body and skills to the fullest then you will become the happiest individual in the world, you can achieve anything, all you have to do is use your willpower and perseverance. You don't need an evidence that your dreams can come true, you don't need something great to happen before believing that you can do it on your own.

If you will believe in yourself then believe in yourself, you need to shut down all the doors that is welcoming other beliefs to your system, you need to shut down the part of your brain that is entertaining the words of other people. Just focus on your beliefs and your ability to take action and you're good to go. Keep believing in yourself because that's what will make you feel better, that's what will make you feel good. Just stay calm and think consciously because your mind has already been affected, you need to think consciously now and be in the moment so you can believe in yourself. Visualize yourself winning, take massive actions, use your willpower to win, you can't just be drifting around and letting life do the command, you must command your own life. Be aware of what is going on and focus on what you can control to make your situation a little bit better than yesterday.

YOU DON'T NEED TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF RIGHT AWAY

You cant force yourself to believe in yourself right away, it takes some time, forcing yourself to become confident fast will only create war inside of your head. It depends on a person, some people can believe in themselves so fast in just a split second but some need a little space. It can be minutes or hours or even days. Just be aware if you're not confident now, if you find yourself not confident now... stay still, stay calm and stop thinking about anything else, stop what you're doing and say this to yourself "ok I am not confident now but I will later because I know what I want and I will do whatever it takes to feel better so there will be lesser resistance for getting what I want." It's normal to doubt yourself a little bit but always remember that if you don't quit and if you think positively... good things and situation will come into your life, so stop pressuring yourself and just let it go, let things happen and simply give your best.
