STICK WITH THE PROCESS EVEN IF IT'S NOT GIVING YOU ANY SUCCESS

It's proven time and time again that perseverance always wins. Those people who persevere enough has the last laugh. Success is really brutal, it will make you crawl, it will make you quit. You have to train your mental toughness or else you will never reach the final stage of your journey.

Just stick with it, do it even if you're sick and tired of it. It's not about enjoying, sometimes all you have to so is stick with it and it will give you results. It may take a very long time to see an improvement so you need to have a lot of patience here.

Remember, this is not an easy task, this is not for babies, you have to act like a real grown adult here or else you will never make it.
