STRESS IS ATTACHED WITH YOUR LIFE

Accept it, accept that stress is attached with your life and your stress will become lesser. You have to understand that it's just a stress, it can't kill you nor make you poor, it's there to make you grow, it's there to make your patience stronger. Stress is just a feeling, if you know that you're stressed and you can ignore it then it will never control you. Stress can break you or can make you a diamond. Just like Conor Mcgregor said "Pressure creates diamonds". That man is very good in dealing with pressure and stress that's why he thrives. Stress is attached with your life no matter how rich you are, you can't stop it, you can't control it. It will come into your system no matter how peaceful your surrounding is.

All you can do is feel it, don't resist it, don't fight it... just feel it and it you will feel better. If you have peace with something, it can never make you feel bad anymore. Just like your enemy, if you secretly forgive him he will never affect you anymore even if you see him walking on the street.

Embrace the stress, embrace the pressure, have peace with it, just laugh at it and always remember that it's just a feeling. You can ignore any emotion if you want, you just need to stop complaining about it. Don't try to numb it with food, alcohol or drugs because it will only make you weak. Every time you face stress you have to rely on those substances that will not make you think right. Just deal with it, feel it as much as you can, have fun with it. Just think that the more pain you face, the more you become stronger.

Don't run away from it, go towards it. Be one with stress, once you welcome it into your system then it will be easier to deal with it, sometimes you will feel it but you're no scared of it anymore. If stress is not going away... still be still, don't panic, it may stay in your system for a long period of time but it will never stay there forever. You will feel better in just a matter of time, you have to realize it. If it can't kill you then don't be afraid of it.

If you're caught in a situation where you're really stress and pressure, one good example is you're in a party and you don't know anyone there, you feel like you're being out of place. Don't panic, embrace the anxiety because it will go away. It will only make you feel bad for a few minutes but once you learn that you're just overacting because you feel like stupid. One strong weapon for anxiety is think that it's ok to look stupid, it's ok to make mistakes, it's ok if people will judge you. It's ok if they belittle you, it's nothing, you're still alive, you're very lucky that you're experiencing those kind of emotions.

No matter where you go.... you will still feel stress, it is attached with your life, you may not feel it today or tomorrow but you will feel it in just a matter of time. Everyone experiences stress even the buddah feels it, you have nothing to worry because just like I said... it's only an emotion, it will soon go away.
