THE PEACE OF MIND IS NOT THERE, IT'S IN YOUR HEART

Don't look for the peace of mind, don't look for what you think will give you happiness, don't look further because it's already in your heart.

If you think that your neighbors are very noisy and you want to go to a different place to achieve a peace of mind... you're wrong, there will still be something that will destroy your peace of mind even if you move to a different place. If you're always thinking that the peace of mind can be seen through quiet places and environment... you're very wrong, it's already in your heart. A peace of mind is inside of you, you just need to understand things more and give them more positive meanings.

You don't need something to happen to have a peace of mind, you don't need something to change in order to attain it. You can have a very noisy neighborhood but still live peacefully and happily.

Just accept the things that you can't change and you already have peace with yourself, never try to control everything in your life. Just live your life and focus on the positives. No matter where you go, there will always be people who will annoy you, there will always be circumstances where you think you've been disrespected. All you can do is control yourself and change the way you view things.

Peace of mind is all in your mind, if you are mentally though then you will have a peace of mind. Anything that is going on beyond your control will easily be ignored. You will not care about small things that doesn't even matter. You will focus more on the things and activities that has more benefits.

Don't look for a different place to have a peace of mind. It can be yours anytime you want, all you have to do is make peace with people and things around you, accept the things that you can't change, accept imperfection. If you will accept that life will never become perfect then you will have more peace of mind.

Peace of mind is not that hard to achieve, just don't be sensitive, don't get too emotional. Forget the people around you and focus on your life and growth, focus on the things that makes you happy and not on the things that doesn't even matter at all. Ignore the things that has no value to your life.

Starting today... ignore all the things that are hurting your feelings, ignore the things that you think disturbs you, do something else, focus on things that will give you more happiness and you will achieve a peace of mind that you're looking for for a very long time.

Sometimes all you have to do is breathe, stop thinking, stop worrying and you will already achieve a peace of mind. Problems will come, it is guaranteed but always remember that you can control how you think and how you feel. Stop interpreting things as bad, always appreciate the things and people around you.
