ACCEPT THE DETERIORATION

You have to accept that your body is changing because you're just human, you will grow old, become weak and die. That's why you have to appreciate that you're still strong now and can make a lot of movement, work hard now while you still can work hard because time is fast and you will not be able to work hard anymore, what if you're already too old and you're still broke? What if nobody is there to support your needs and you're already a 70 year old guy? you're in big trouble my friend. If you're already in your mid 40s your body will start to deteriorate, you will feel that you're slowly getting weak. Even the body of the strongest body builder deteriorates, even the fittest person deteriorates. No one is immune from it, everyone will get weak. So you to always keep in mind that you need to appreciate every moment that you have, if you're still strong now... keep getting stronger, strive for greatness, reach your peak. Time is so fast and you will not be able to use your body anymore, it's scary but it's true. But even though your body is deteriorating, the good new is you can always reinvent, you can slow down the aging process, you can still find ways how to make yourself beautiful and stronger, you can cover up your flaws. For example, if your knees were weakening because of aging, you can build your chest muscles and make it grow, you can focus on other parts of your body that you can improve. It's all about reinventing yourself, if your hair is turning into white... color it, if your teeth were one by one detaching from gums... buy a false teeth, buy a gold teeth. Just like a car that is slowly getting older, if you want it to still look good... attached it with some accessories, change the rims, change the color, add some kits to make it better and nastier. Even the machines gets older, even the most high tech gadgets were being outdated... it's part of life.

So find ways how to reinvent yourself, find ways how to slow down the aging process. You can find a process that will make you stronger, happier and feel younger. You can try yoga, morning running, laugh therapy etc. It is better if you will use a natural process because it is more effective and safe. Because the truth is... not matter how many plastic surgeries you undergo.. you can never fight aging, everyone of us will come to that stage, you can never stop it.

Even though you are experiencing deterioration... you can still be happy with it, accept it, have peace with it. The only lesson is... while you're a little bit younger try to reach your peak, try to become the best version of yourself because time will come and you will not be able to see yourself beautiful anymore. Make your tummy smaller, make your teeth whiter, eat healthy foods, become smarter than yesterday. Enjoy it while you can still do it, evolve as much as you can.
