1. Your mouth. Instead of eating a lot of foods, you can shut your mouth and endure hunger. If you can't control the increase of your weight then simply control your mouth. Stop eating and just control your diet. You can always control something in your life, you just need to be aware that you can control them.
If you have an argument with somebody... you can never control his mouth, you can only control your mouth, just shut up and walk away... problem is finished. It's not that you're scared or something, you just don't want to have a useless argument that will never give you anything.
2. Your attitude. You can always control your attitude towards something. Let's say your work is hard and your co employees are annoying... you can never control them but you can always enjoy your work, you can always appreciate it and still give your best. It's all you can control, it's the only thing you have power... your attitude.
3. Your number of tries. You will fail a lot of times, it only means it's something that you can't control. What you need to do? look for the things that you can control and that is your number of tries, you can try as much as you can until you win. Trying is free, trying is in your hands.
4. Your effort. You can make a weak effort or a very strong effort, it is really up to you. If you want to produce a weak effort then you will get weak results but if you will produce a very strong effort then possibilities are endless to you.
5. Your money. You can control your money, it's either you spend it or you save it, a lot of people are getting broke because they have no control over their money. They were completely out of control, they will spend and spend only to find out that they don't have anything anymore.
Something that powers your mind. It is about motivation, self discipline, mental toughness, success, self development, achieving goals, techniques and ways to give you advantages in life.
