Your reality is your mind, your mind is your reality. Today you believe in yourself but tomorrow you doubt yourself again. Today you wanted to quit but tomorrow you wanted to try again. Today you're angry but later your are happy again. Study how your mind behaves, just because you feel bad now doesn't mean you will feel bad forever. Your mind will think another thought later and that will change your emotion. Your mind is everything, if you knew how it behaves then you can control it, the key here is awareness. Be aware of what you're thinking, be present all the time and never let your mind be controlled by external circumstances. Accept your thoughts may it be positive or negative and never judge it. Never judge yourself, never think that what you're thinking or doing is not right, for as long as you're not taking actions... there is a chance to make the right choices. Your mind will always think negatively and it's your duty to be present and know that it is thinking that way. Study your mind and prepare a counter thought for every negative thought that you can't control. For example if you are thinking about failure think about winning, if you are thinking about bad luck think about good luck. Always produce a counter thought for every negative thought that randomly show up, you can control your mind if you are not feeling something about the thought that you don't like that is why it is necessary to stay relaxed, it is necessary to be in control. Learn to breathe all the time, learn to control your thoughts and behaviors. You don't need to feel bad about a negative thought, you have to learn that you can't control every thought and not all your though is you or your reality. Mind is very powerful or destructive, it can be against you if you can't control it and teach it how to think properly. You are in control here, just because your mind is so crowded and cloudy doesn't mean you are doomed to failure or bad life. Just stay still, stay calm, stay relaxed and try to think the right way even if you're feeling bad or feeling anxious. Affirm positively and believe in yourself, believe that you are powerful more than you think of yourself.
