Repetition is power, consistency is a game changer. Just because you can't see any results doesn't mean you're not making any progress. Every time you do something for one straight year you already made a progress, you don't need evidence to believe that you're doing good, you don't need any external validation. Your effort alone, your hard work and dedication is a strong result already. Because he real prize is the person you become, you get better and better when you're doing it every single day. Consistency can make you a beast, it will improve your skill, it will make you mentally tougher, you will go to the next level if you're forcing yourself to show up every single day and just do what you need to do even if it's too uncomfortable and hard. Do something for one straight year and it will be embedded into your system forever, you will do it even if it is hard, you will have the energy to finish it even if you're feeling lazy. That's the difference between someone who is great and average... the great person doesn't miss any single day, he is working his ass off every single day and not making any excuses. It's because he have strong habits and discipline, his mind is wired to win, his patterns were unbelievable and he can avoid temptations all the time because his system is so strong that no temptation can ever break it.
Temptation and instant gratification is a trap, it's a short term pleasure that will make you weak and miserable in the near future. You are only destroying yourself every time you choose laziness, entertainment and pleasures over doing what is hard. Do your responsibilities and never stop. Keep moving forward, keep pushing forward because you are doing this for yourself, you are not doing this to anybody.... you are doing this for yourself because you are getting better and stronger every time you do something right. Doing what is hard is making you a better version of yourself, you may not see it but trust me... if you don't move then you are worse. Start doing something now, build a habit that will give you a better chance to have a better life. It's all about creating habits that will last and will give you an advantage. Stop building habits that will only make you weaker and stupider.
