Pain is only in the mind, you feel like burned out already because you don't like what is going on with your life, you want to change the situation but you can't for now because your work is not enough. Just keep going and you will have that energy back again. You feel burned out because you're making a lot of dramas, you think you deserve more all the time, you think you need to rest, you feel entitled of something you didn't work for. The truth is you're really not working that hard, you're just thinking that you've done so much but only getting less. Stop fooling yourself, if you want a new life then embrace your life now and create a new one. Accept your reality, that is the only way to feel much better of yourself and try to grow as much as you can, try to improve, try to enjoy the process as much as you can.
The progress is your actions, when you're moving then you're already progressing. another reason why you feel burned out is because you think you're not improving. The truth is you're already getting better every time you are doing something positive. Burn out is just a drama, you think you're being a victim here, you think you're working too hard and that you need more rest. The truth is you don't need it, you just need a better state of mind and you will be alright, your energy will be renewed once you accept that life is really like that, it is hard, sop complaining and just keep on working. Keep pushing yourself and never make dramas again, it's all in your head. The truth is you can move anytime you want to no matter how tired you feel, you are unlimited. Stop planting that limiting belief in your head and always believe that you can finish anything you need to get done. Burn out is not real, try taking actions now, try washing the dishes now and you will finish it. Stop thinking that you're tired because your body will believe what your mind is thinking. Condition your mind to enjoy the journey, have fun with the process and give everything you've got for the work. Love your work, love every steps even if it is hard, it will get easier if you accept it and just take it one step at a time. Condition your mind to become a finisher and not a complainer.
Keep going, nobody will help you if you don't help yourself. Your work will pile up and will get bigger and bigger every time you procrastinate. Rest for a bit if you need to but the moment you wake up and get refreshed a little bit.. work right away without even thinking, you are in control here, never let your job control you. You can face any challenge you can defeat any kind of adversity.
