Avoid weak moves, avoid weak thoughts... that's the key to becoming powerful. Every action should be related to creating or accumulating power. Power meets power, you will know when you are improving or getting stronger when you're meeting someone who is also powerful, you will know if you are leveling up when you are being challenge by something or someone that is powerful, sometimes much better or more powerful than you. Power meets power, if you are getting stronger or improving dramatically you will meet people that will sharpen you or will challenge you, you have to be aware of what's going on with your life. If you're constantly meeting broke and weak people then it means you are not getting better. You will attract people and situations that are paralleled with your level. You will never attract rich people if you are broke and weak, you will never attract best opportunities if you are not giving your best. You will only attract the same frequency which you are on. That's why misery loves company, people who constantly make dramas will meet negative people like them.
Just like a basketball player who keeps on improving, he will meet his nemesis, he will meet someone who will challenge him, he will face a challenger with same skills or even much better than him. So if you can't attract power then it means you're a bum, if you can't attract opportunities then you're not good enough, your energy is very low and you're vibrating on a lower level. If you want to know what level are you on just look around you, what can you see? who are your friends? what kind of circle do you have? can you se high level person? what kind of problem do you have? do you have a problem same as poor people or do you have a problem same as rich people? You are the size of your problem so if you have problems like noisy neighbors, dogs shitting on your gate, backstabbing friends, no money to pay for bills then you're a low level person. But if you have a problem like how to maintain your business, how to win the next goal, what technique to use to win, how to become successful, how to guild an empire then you're a high level person, you're operating on a higher level and you are getting more and more powerful. Power meets power, you will only know if you're on a different level if you are scared now because something powerful is challenging you, but if you are chilled and so relaxed and not being challenge then you are weak. The good news is you can become more powerful anytime you want, all it takes is hard work, focus and dedication. Just try working really hard for one month and someone will knock in your life, someone will challenge you or help you. Something will really become different, an opportunity may come, something will shake your world.
