RUGGED MOTIVATION - YOU SIGNED THE DOTTED LINE, WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO COMPLAIN?

You signed the dotted line, you signed the contract, who are you to change it? you were so excited before you sign it then how come you are complaining that it's too hard now? why are you being so soft now? You said before that you can do it and you will do whatever it takes to get the job then why are you complaining now because it is stressful just like what you said? who are you to complain are you the boss? are you the owner of the company? are you something special? you're not even so gifted and blessed yet you complain too much.

You're already all in, you cannot go back anymore, why not finish the contract first? why not do just do what you are suppose to do? you are getting too stressed because you're expecting too much. You are expecting heaven but you see hell, you're just good in hyping yourself but when the stress is there you can't handle it anymore. You accepted the responsibility, nobody forced you to accept it then why are you crying now? you can never go back anymore, all you can do is push forward.

Most people were only good in the beginning, they were so excited for the responsibility because they will get something from it but after learning that they can't handle the pressure then they would love to go back to the past and change their decision.

Regretting the decision you made is the most stupid thing you can ever do. What is done is done, it's already there, you can never take it back. All you can do is simply move forward and just do what you can do, do whatever it takes to finish it no matter what.

THE BIGGEST LESSON

If you tell them you can do it then just do it, enough of the excuses and complaining because you're only looking like a loser by doing that. Everyone were just good in talking but poor in executing, don't be like them. You complain too much that's why you can't become a winner, that's why you keep on feeling like a loser. Why not do it even if it's hard? why not force yourself to take actions and go further as much as you can? if you will just close your mouth and do something with the situation then your life will change. If you said you can do it then just do it regardless if you're feeling some pain or not.

There will always be obstacles, you cannot stay away from it, life is full of challenges and it's your duty to move forward no matter what. If you will focus on what is hard then life will become very hard but if you will focus on what you can do then everything will be a lot easier. So quit complaining and just do it, pound it, grind it... never stop.

There were already millions of complainers in this world don't be one of them. Most people only want it in the beginning, they hate it when they feel the pressure, they want to quit once they learned that it takes a long road to finish.

Nobody cares if you're in pain or not, nobody cares if you're stressed or not, the only question is... are you going to do it? are you going to push yourself despite of feeling pressured? it is raining outside, the traffic is there, the rude people were there, traitors and backstabbers were there... so what? life is difficult and it will become harder the more you complain. So quit talking and just take actions, move without resistance, move without conscience. Be like an assassin who will just do his job regardless of what may happen.

YOU ARE NOT SO SPECIAL, WHO ARE YOU?

You're just an ordinary human being, you're not so special, who are you to complain? did you accomplish something big already? did you already stand out at one point in your life? stop acting like you're something special if you're not. Who do you think you are? are you the greatest? destroy all the excuses in your life and just keep moving forward, Nobody cares if you're suffering, it's your duty to finish your obligations.

Some people thinks they were entitled of something even though they haven't prove anything yet. They think they were special that's why they don't want to work hard anymore. You can only make dramas if you're already great and the reality is... great people don't even make dramas at all, they simply do what is needed and face the problem without even complaining.

Focus on the movement and not on the things that are out of your control. You only have little time in this world why will you waste it for nothing? why will you waste it just to complain and address how you feel, your feelings doesn't matter at all, you are nothing so swallow your pride and just finish the task in front of you.

ONCE YOU COMMIT ON SOMETHING FINISH IT NO MATTER WHAT

Maybe they are treating you unfairly, maybe they are disrespecting you but the point here is you already commit, you need to finish your obligations no matter what. Be a finisher not just a starter, everyone can start something but the question is who is willing to finish? who is willing to go further and do whatever it takes to succeed. Because complaining will become your habit if you don't stop it.

Things may get worse but the point here is you can still take actions despite of the circumstances around you, you are still in control of yourself so what are you complaining about? just complain if someone stab you with a knife but if you can still move and do something... do something. It's not how good you are, it's how tough you are. So show them what you are mad of and give everything you can, just finish one task at a time and never think about the future.
