If you have a goal, you need to have a game plan... a sustainable game plan that you will do everyday. The easiest game plan is to pick something that you can do everyday even if you're tired or not, something that you think you can do even if you're already 78 years old. Because success is easy to achieve if you will just become consistent and work hard. Hard work should be sustainable, you can't be working hard now and will never work hard again tomorrow, what kind of an attitude was that? you should always be on the attack mode.

So if you don't know what to do... just think of something you can do everyday. Let's say about fitness, never think of hiring a coach or something... just run, everybody can run, there is no right or wrong way to run... just run, if you can't then just walk, just keep moving forward and you will be alright. It doesn't matter if you run 5 minutes, 10 minutes or an hour... what matters is you run everyday, focus on showing up and making it a little difficult than yesterday, if you run 30 minutes yesterday and you feel that you can do it easily then run 31 minutes or 35 minutes today, it's all about challenging yourself.

JUST KEEP DOING IT.

Keep moving forward and stay focused all the time, it's better to do it than not doing. If you will do it now you will feel better rather than thinking about doing it. Don't think... just finish it, give time for it and try to challenge yourself a little bit. Don't go hard now and planning to have a rest tomorrow, you can just go a little hard now and a little hard again tomorrow, it's all about staying on the grind and staying in motion until the results show up.

If you don't want to be stuck in a mud then you need to keep moving forward, do something for it, never think about the results think about the effort. Focus on taking actions, focus on just doing something to make your situation a little bit better. You will never regret that you go hard and stay consistent, it will make you feel so much better.

STOP LETTING YOUR MIND TAKE OVER

Your mind's default is to give you comfort, if you don't want to procrastinate then never let your mind be in control. It will avoid you from taking actions, it will tell you to just stay in one place because moving and trying so hard is painful, it will freeze you. So don't use it, stop overthinking, just follow your game plan and go with the flow. Your mind will entertain fears, it will worry if you will not start now. You need to move now so your mind will stop thinking. If you know what you want then you will never think anymore, you will just do it, you will just make a progress. And even if there is an obstacle, even if there is a distraction... you will just do it.

Do you think you are thinking if you are studying? no, you are taking some actions. You do it because you wanted to pass, you never let the mind worry, you never let the mind stop you, you are taking actions, you are not even thinking at all. All you do is put some information into your brain and that's it.

You only need to think a little, you only need to think what are you going to do and that's it, never entertain secondary thoughts, never entertain some other things. Keep your mind not busy, always make sure your body is in motion.

Don't use your mind too much, just use it when you need to make a conscious decision, use it when you need to say no to something, use it if you need to absorb an information. And once you learn something... apply it into your life right away. Never let that information rot, use it so you can gain something from it. An information unused is useless. In other words, just absorb an information

GET RID OF ALL EXCUSES

What makes you slow is because you're making a lot of excuses, you're entertaining a lot of crap that is not true. That's what will happen if you will let your mind take over. Your mind is default to negativity, it will fool you, it will feed you lies, it will make you believe that it's hard even if it's really easy. Stop making excuses now and you will see a different change in your life, you will live much much better. The reason why people can't become successful with their lives is because their excuses were much stronger than their willpower, they have millions of excuses and they are exerting little effort. Excuses become their lives, before starting something they were already complaining that it's hard and after failing they will make excuses and such, their minds were poisoned with excuses and the funnies thing is... they don't believe that their excuses were ridiculous, they always believe that they are the one who is right even though they're not doing anything at all.

Excuses are for losers, it's a basic thing... no winner made an excuse, no winner is acting like a victim. Look at what you're doing... are you looking like a victim? are you complaining? are you making dramas? if yes then you're already making an excuse.

If you want to have an easy game plan then pick something that you will do forever, something that is sustainable, don't ever think that it's easy because if it's easy then why can't you do it everyday? pick something that no matter what happens you will still do it, you will never skip a day, you will just do it even if you feel so tired about it. Stop complicating things, focus on the consistency, focus on achieving your goals.
