Success is a habit, winning is a habit. If you want to have a better life then you need to develop winning habits. You need to have a plan and you need to be consistent all day. Never break the plan, never break that habit once you have it in your system, if you break it then success will fade away sooner or later. A simple but effective habit will make a huge change in your life. Whether it is simply exercising everyday or drinking 8 glasses of water... something will change by developing a very productive habit, it's not fun in the beginning, you will feel bad, you will get stressed but it is what it is... you need to feel bad in order to feel good.

There should be an intention for every action that you are taking, it should have a purpose, don't do something because it feels good at the moment... that will make your life bad. If you are going to do something make sure you are expecting something from it and you trust that it's going to give you a great life in the future.

Think of a habit that can make you a better person and do it everyday, develop it. It can be earning 20 dollars or 100 dollars everyday, something that you think is a little bit hard but very possible. Pursue it, do it, never stop until you get it. It can be running for 30 minutes a day, run... do it everyday even if you feel bad or uncomfortable.

Because the truth is.. you will only make a progress if you're feeling uncomfortable, there is no change in comfort, it will only make your life harder even more. It is what it is, you need to sacrifice in order to claim the prize.

Look for a habit and be honest with yourself, guard what are you doing.. is it making your life better or worse? you know what it is you can never lie to yourself. Every work, every sacrifice... it will play a major role to your success in the future. Go for it, develop it, always do it even if you feel so heavy, do it even if it's already late and you need to go to bed. You want to change your life right? follow the plan and never miss a day... that's how to make it work.

YOUR HABIT IS YOUR LIFE

There is a habit in the way you think, there is a habit in the way you live. What you are thinking and what you are doing is your life. So if you're always thinking about losing and having a hard time winning then you will never win. If you're not taking actions and simply waiting for luck then that is your life... waiting for luck, luck will never come to you. But if you're creating luck then you will become lucky, it's because you are creating it, you are working for it, you are in control. What you repeatedly do and what you repeatedly think will become your life so be careful with your thoughts and actions because that will become your reality, your dominant thought will control everything.

That's why procrastinators cannot change themselves, they don't have the habit of starting and finishing, they only know how to become lazy and they've been doing it for how many years, the funny thing is they still think that they can change one day.

So if you want to create an abundant life... think about abundance, think about hard work, execute and repeat again and again... as simple as that.

JUST DO IT, START NOW EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT

The biggest challenge is starting, sometimes you will really feel you can't move for unknown reasons. There is something that is stopping you, there is something that is making you feel so heavy. But if you will just start now, if you will just force yourself to move then good things will happen, your life will change in a while. Because the reality is... what you don't like to do is what you need to do if you want to have a better life. You really have to face discomfort, nobody told you that it's going to be easy so don't feel bad when things are not going on your way.

Don't worry because once you develop that habit... it will never be hard anymore, it will become automatic, your life will change fast. You need to do the habit that you want for 30 straight days, and when you feel that it's too easy... make it harder, develop it, level up by adding some small routines or small changes. Leave the core habit in your system, just add some minor adjustments, make it a little more difficult so you will be able to level up. One day you are going to like it, you are going to love it and it will be hard for you if you weren't able to do it in one day because it's already in your system. Just like a smoker cannot remove his smoking habits, just like a drug addict that cannot remove his addiction anymore... a habit that you develop will become part of your life. Remember that it's just hard in the beginning, once you already memorized it... .it will become very easy, you will not even sweat by doing it.

Sometimes you will feel so tired and you don't want to do it anymore, you will feel like it's too boring but if you don't want your success to leave your life... never stop doing that habit, if it is working then why change it? you need to repeat it.

GO HARDER IF YOU'RE BORED

Go faster, go harder, push yourself to the limits, test yourself. You will have more fun if you're not sure that you're going to make it, facing the unknown is more fun. So go harder, go faster and never stop, do it until you can't do it anymore... that's how to become great.
