MOTIVATION - HUSTLE WILL OUTLAST TALENT

This is a very good topic so listen very closely, most people were so blinded with the word "talent" they think that only few people were so blessed in this world, they think that talent is something that cannot be created or defeated. They so admire people they think were gifted with great talents.

If you think that you're talented and that you don't need to work anymore then you will fall down easily. Hustle can be done anytime, anyone can do it yet 98 percent of the people around the world doesn't believe in it. They believe that if you're not born talented then you will never succeed in life. They think that there are chosen ones and that success is only designated for few people who were blessed with such gifts.

If you will just hustle all day then you will get results, talent can never work all day it will wait for the right time, it will always choose the easy way. But not all the time talent will be given a chance, sometimes talent is also being ignored. But hustle... this is the favorite word of hard workers, hustle can make things happen at any given moment because it keeps on searching for opportunities, it keeps on growing... it never stop.

Talented people were so arrogant they think that they don't have to work hard anymore, they think that nobody is better than them. But hustle can outlast any talent. Hustle can stay forever, if you keep on hustling then you will never be afraid to get hurt, you will face the pain. But how about talent? once a talented person's ego was hurt... it will never try anymore, it will quit.

THE STORY ABOUT THE TWO BASKETBALL PLAYERS

There is a story about the two basketball players who were drafted the same year. The first is the talented player who is admired by everyone, he is a star, he can do anything he wants on the court, he can win games with his talents that's why most people like him. But the other one is just a pure hustler, he is a hard worker but he lacks the talent so he was not being used often in the game.

Years go by, the talented player is getting older and not practicing anymore, as he grow older so as his head becomes bigger. But the hustler player just keep on grinding, he is relentless, he keeps on developing his skill day in and day out. He doesn't mind if he do an extra work just to gain a little edge from other players.

Soon the talented player's level is going down because he is not growing anymore, he starts to get tired fast, his coach noticed that he is degrading so they decided to trade him to some other team before he gets even worse. But the hustler player is starting so shine, he is winning championships, he is receiving awards. It does't just stop there, he is still working hard despite of the success that he is getting. He keeps on finding ways how to evolve, he never stop growing.

The talented player retire earlier because he cannot match the younger players's strength anymore but the hustler player is still playing because he can still compete with the young guns because he never lose his conditioning because of working hard a lot. He takes care of his body very well and he always practice even after the game.

The moral lesson of the story is... hustle will outlast talent. If you're not talented but you believe in hard work and power of consistency then you will shine in the end, you will have a long run because you keep evolving each day.

So don't worry if you don't have any talent, just make sure you work harder than anybody else and it's just a matter of time before you shine. You will have your own time, you may not rise so fast, your time may come in the end but nobody can ignore you because of the work ethic that you possess. They knew your value goes higher and higher so they will makes sure you stay beside them, you're such a big asset.

So keep digging deeper, never get frustrated whenever you're not given a break or opportunity, your time will come, just be patient and see to it that you will grow a little bit everyday. Believe in the power of consistency and just showing up, never lose your moral like everyone else who will quit once they saw that they were not given an opportunity to shine. Your time will come and that is guaranteed, only if you will give your best even if you're not yet succeeding. Persevere until you become a winner. Never get jealous with other people who were succeeding fast, never care about talented people, you can outlast them in the long run.

TALENT IS SO OVERRATED

Everyone use this just to market themselves, they will say that they are talented so they will get hired. But the reality is... they don't really know the meaning of success, they just believe they were good but they are not willing to put in an extra effort, they don't know the intangibles and power of showing up everyday even if you're already tired.

Most talented people who never work hard didn't stay long enough in the game, they fade easily, they were replaced so fast because they were not improving, they become complacent and washed out. And of course they will complain, they will make dramas that they were not being treated fairly, the let their egos stand on their way that's why their reign didn't last for so long. 

Just focus, it's ok if you don't have skills for now because you will be able to develop it later. Make sure you are the hardest worker in the world and you will have your time, you will become a king one day.
