MIND CONDITIONING IS IMPORTANT
Never allow weak thoughts to enter your brain, only entertain what is positive, only focus on the thoughts that will make you feel powerful. Those are positive thoughts, see yourself winning, see yourself doing it, see yourself being unstoppable and committed. Your mind is a powerful tool, it can give you anything, all you need to do is feed it with the most powerful thoughts that will make you feel good, feed it with the right thoughts that will make you move forward no matter what.
Mind can give you anything all you have to do is take care of it and protect it from negativity. Feed it the right motivation, the right ideas, the right everything. Never let the useless information enter it. Because mind can do the impossible, it can even heal your disease, just think positive all the time and never think about losing, never think about dying. Condition your mind with the best thoughts that will make you stronger and better, never let any weak thoughts ruin your life. Weakness, being tired is all in your head. Stop being a victim of your own thoughts. Always remember that if you are calm and if you will trust that you are mentally tough then nothing is impossible. You can get rid of bad emotions, negativity and fear if you will only believe that your psychology is in control.

Always stay calm and deal with the pain.. look at the pain, feel it and don't try to resist it. Your power is always available, you will discover your strength once you understand that it's ok to feel uncomfortable, you will be in control if you have a still mind.
