THE REAL BATTLE STARTS WHEN YOU ARE TIRED, 8 STEPS ON HOW TO PUSH FURTHER


The real battle starts when you are tired, it doesn't start if you still comfortable. Just like building a muscle, it only grows when you feel the pain. SO if you don't want to do it anymore it means you're hesitating if you will grow or not, the real battle is when you are stressed with something. There is a break through when there is resistance. So if what you're doing is too easy then you are not growing, that's the consequence of growing. So whenever you feel lazy and feel heavy... just move, if there is a pain just move because that is a huge opportunity for growth.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO GET TIRED, EMBRACE THE STRESS

Successful were not really talented, they were not blessed or chosen ones... they are just willing to embrace the stress more than anybody else does, they want it, they are always looking forward to it because they knew the growth and evolution is there.

We all get tired, even if you don't get tired now you will still get tired tomorrow, it's just a feeling. People were so afraid of emotions, it's just a feeling, it can never kill you nor make you broke. You give your emotions a different perspective that's why you can't deal with it, you think that it's a big deal and you think that if you don't feel good then you're in big trouble, you're panicking when you're stressed. You don't know that it's part of life. If everything is ok and comfortable then life will become really boring, you need something that somehow makes you crazy because it will give balance to your life. Because if you're not feeling the pain then you will look for it. Look at the children of multi millionaires... they're always looking for trouble, they don't know what to do with their lives. They have everything but they were so bored, they feel like something is missing in their lives and they don't what is it.

PUSH MORE IF YOU ARE TIRED

The breakthrough is happening if you keep pushing even if you're so tired. Step by step... push, do something, you can do it if you're calm. You can slow down but don't ever stop, you can lessen the pace, you can be in a slow motion but don't ever stop pushing because growth is happening every time you do that, you are slowly becoming a better person. You are not going to die if you push further, you are only getting better. Always remember that it is just a challenge and your endurance is only being tested.

HOW TO PUSH MORE EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU CAN'T DO IT ANYMORE?

1. Just do it. Count from 1 to 3 and then just do it. Stop thinking, stop making excuses and just do it. You are not special, who are you to act like you're already successful? Push it little by little and you will see that you are going further and further, never stop until you have it. The magic of doing it is so amazing, if you fall in love with the process then nothing can stop you... ever.

2. Forget about how you feel. You care too much about your emotions that is why you can't make a progress. Forget about how you feel and just do it, do it no matter what, do it even if you think you can't do it and you will be surprised that you were able to finish it. Your feelings has nothing to do with success, regardless of how you feel... perform at your highest level.

3. Imagine yourself just playing. This is just a game, take it seriously but not too much. All you need to do is enjoy it, feel the pain, feel the rush, enjoy it and it will become a whole lot easier. Because the truth is... life is just a game, one day it's yours and one day it's not, so keep enjoying your life while it's still there because you never know what may happen tomorrow, keep loving your life, cherish it... there is nothing to be pressure about.

4. Forget about winning, forget about losing. The reason why you can't push is because you're so afraid that you're not going to make it, you're always think about being successful but you're too overwhelmed with the challenge in front of you. Forget about winning or losing and just push, use your remaining energy and give everything you've got. If you worry too much about losing or winning then you will never win, it's because you're living in the moment, you want something to happen but you're not willing to undergo the process.

5. Make affirmations. I am always saying to myself whenever I am tired "I can do this" and it gives me strength, I can run for 1 hours straight without stopping by only saying this affirmation. Repeat it into your head over and over again and it will give you a boost of strength to push. You can create your own affirmations too, it doesn't necessarily need to be words, you can picture an image in your mind that gives you power. My successful millionaire friend says he is just thinking about hot chicks whenever he gets tired and then his energy goes back again, he is pushing again to make millions. He said that he is imagining Jessica Alab dancing on his lap and then it's like magic, he goes back to work in just a few seconds.

Energy is all in your head, if you can think of a thought that can make you move then good for you.

6. Do the easiest thing that you can do and then look for the more difficult one. Find the easiest thing to do if you were so damn tired, for sure there is something you can do. And once you feel a little energize look for the harder task and the harder one and the harder one. Doing something easy will give you a momentum, it will give you good feelings so you can move forward a little bit. There's always something easy to do for every project, task or journey.

7. Commit. Commit to pushing no matter what, just commit, never stop... even if you're too slow and you feel like you can't move anymore... just commit. Some people still have a lot of energy to become successful but they didn't commit that's why they fail. If you will only commit then you will become a winner, you will be able to take your life to another level. Commitment is all about thinking about it and doing something for it. You don't need to look like you're winning, just commit that you will give your best and that's it.

8. Believe in the magic of pushing. There is a magic behind pushing, not only you will get results but you will also become powerful. If you are pushing then you are going to a different level, it means you are leaving weakness behind. No pain no gain, so if you are not pushing then it means you're afraid to take it to another level. Push your body, push your mind... you will get something from it. Once pushing become your culture... you will become a different animal, you will take your small success to another level.

YOUR POWER IS UNLIMITED

You are the only one who's limiting yourself, your power is unlimited. If you will just push and push and push then you will find your real power. Stop liming yourself with those limiting beliefs, you can do something big if you will never give up. So stop stopping and do something now, try to make it happen, use all of your might to become successful. It's all in your hands, it's all in your commitment, if you are committed enough then you can make a story out of your hard work.

Never let pain define what you can do, push it even if it's too painful, you are the one who will define your own success.

Even if you get tired now... just rest a little bit and you will regain your power back. You are powerful you just need to realize it and believe yourself a little bit.
