Changing your life is not that hard. All you have to do is be willing to do what is hard, yeah it's not hard but do the hardest things... face the pain, face the responsibilities. Be man enough to accept that you're a loser now. A lot of people wants to change their lives but they don't even want to move and make things happen. You need to force fate here, you need to do whatever it takes to change, a small change is still a change, don't ever feel bad if you're not making a huge progress, patience is what you need, you have to endure boredom, you have to eat pain. It's scary because there will be a lot of stress and resistance but you have to choose... do you want to become a loser or do you want to become a winner?
The time for being a wishy washy will never work anymore, the time for being lazy and cute will never change your life. It's time to go hard, it's time to do the dirty work. Start taking matters into your own hands and do whatever it takes to change your life. Have fun with the journey even if it's not fun at all. Everyday you will level up if you're serious with your work, you can get it done, just trust yourself and the hard work that you put in. Look at yourself... are you still rich? can you still afford to become lazy and still live the lifestyle that you have before? If there is an available opportunity... grab it. Whether it's just a blue collar job or selling something on the streets... do it. Always remember that you need to do something today that may change your life a little bit, if you're unemployed for months then stop being picky, grab what is available there and appreciate it. Become the best at it, if you can't then simply give your best. It doesn't matter if they laugh at you, what matters is you are doing something positive for your life and you're not ashamed of it. Appreciate the small things, honor yourself if you are doing what is right.
2. BE CONSISTENT. Once you being... do it again tomorrow and the next day, do it for the whole year. Change will not happen if you are skipping days, change will only take place if you are serious about it and you are willing to make sacrifices just to get it done. Do it even if you are sick, do it even if you feel like not doing it. Do it even if you feel that it's not important to do it now, never have a break... be relentless and push yourself so that change will happen fast. Continue what you did yesterday, always follow through.
3. NEVER GIVE UP. Of course it's going to be hard, it's brutal and grueling but you need to make a stand for what you want to happen. Never give up, never surrender... fight for what you want to happen until the end. You may fail over and over again, you may see yourself not changing because you are going back to your old and unproductive habits but don't worry... at least you are seeing yourself not changing, if you find yourself going down... go back to the process of changing again, start again. Changing is really hard, don't feel bad whenever you need to go back from the very beginning. It's all about not giving up, it's all about being resilient. Always remember that giving and quitting is for the losers, when things get hard... that's the time to become more focused and driven.
4. BE SIMPLE. Make it simple, you don't nee to have a very strong change, you don't need to get noticed by a lot of people, make it simple. Look for something that is working and repeat it as much as you can. Take small steps, you don't need a complicated plan. Some people wants to lose weight, they will buy a lot of books, attend seminars, buy different equipment but in the end they can't see themselves changing... what you only need is yourself and the willingness to make the change, it's all on the inside and not on the outside. Change will take place if you're focused on making it happen, focus on the actions and not on the fancy things and help that you can get. Just make it simple and make it consistent... change will take place in just a matter of time.
5. BE HAPPY WITH THE SMALL WINS. Whether it is a small win or a big win... it is still a win, be happy if you're winning small time because that is the start of change. Make small wins as your habit and it will become big one day. Never compare your victory with other people's victory, so what if you're not getting more? if you can appreciate small victories then you're succeeding. And even the defeats, if you really work hard for it then there is nothing to be ashamed of. Small wins are very addictive, it makes you feel good it will take you to another level.
6. HAVE NO ROOM FOR REGRETS. Once you made a decision... live with the results, even if it is a wrong decision and you fail, never regret it because what is done is done. You can never move forward if your mind is always filled with regrets. Never regret that you did it because at that time it is what your heart is telling. Regrets is just a waste of time and energy because it is stopping you from trying again, it is making you feel bad and poisoning your mind. Every time you make a move... always think that you will never regret it.
7. BE HAPPY IF YOU'RE TIRED. If you're tired it means you're trying, it means you really want it and you're using your body and mind to produce results. Be happy if you're tired because it means you're leveling up, it means you are pushing yourself. Mentally and physically tired is good, it will make you a different animal. Being tired is a sign that you're very close from it.
8. STOP MAKING EXCUSES... EVER. The moment you make excuses.... that's the time when you are destroying the transformation. A little fever shouldn't stop you, a cloudy weather should not make you feel worried. If you really want it then you will give time for it, as simple as that. Making excuses is for the losers, it's for the weak. You can always do something with your situation. Excuses is for the weak, it is for cry babies, you need to destroy all of your excuses and take some actions.
9. NEVER RUSH SUCCESS. Never rush success because the more you do it the more you will become impatient. You will make mistakes, you will quit if you can't see any improvement in your life. Just let it happen naturally, it will come on the right time, what you can do is to not quit and keep working until it comes to your life.
