You're shocked because you don't know what it feels like, it's the first time you felt it, just like fear.... the moment you became scared of something... you don't know how to react, you don't know what to do. Your system is shaking, your mind was stunned... that's all it is. But if you already experienced that feeling before then it will be easier for you to make adjustments, you know that you can get away from it anytime soon. Just stay calm and live your life, good things will happen soon, you will feel better in a moment.
Anything that is stunning were stunning because it is your first time. But if it is your second time then the fear will not that be big. It's ok to become scared, it's ok to panic a little bit but keep in mind that everything will be alright, every suffering and negative emotion will come to an end sooner or later. All you have to do is live and destroy the illusion that the situation is uncontrollable. Of course there is something you can do about it, sometimes all you need to do is stay calm and you will be alright... as simple as that.
You can feel good, you can feel bad... it doesn't matter, for as long as you are living and breathing... you will be alright, you will be fine so stop thinking that you're unlucky or not being favored by the universe. That tragedy happened for a reason, all you need to do is live and find a reason why it happened, just make your life better, do something positive and that's it.
EVERY EXPERIENCE WILL TEACH YOU
Be happy with that experience because it will teach, it will make you better, it will make you wiser and tougher. SO if you don't feel comfortable with what is going on right now... just keep living, just keep breathing, that situation will change and it will only change if you keep moving forward and have that positive personality. So keep experiencing different feelings, be happy if you feel weird or uncomfortable... that will teach you, that is a room for growth.
Life is there to make you feel everything. Whether it is happiness, fear, worries, joy, bliss, excitement, nervousness or any kind of feeling... every emotion will teach you, it will make you know what to do next time every time you feel that specific emotion.
MOST PEOPLE WERE ONLY GOOD WHEN THEY'RE FEELING GOOD
Life is not all about having those good emotions, real successful people can do good and stay productive even if they feel bad, they treat it as a challenge. They see to it that they will still move forward no matter what, even if they're not feeling well. So you will only know if you are great if you are suffering or in pain but still able to move forward. Greatness is all about moving forward, it's all about staying focused and getting what you want no matter what. Stay productive even if you are scared, keep moving forward even if you're stunned. You need to fight fear, you need to retaliate because if not then you will be frozen forever.
So if you're waiting to become motivated before you take actions then it means you're soft, it means you're a waiter and not a mover. Because the truth is... you will never feel good all the time.
BREAKTHROUGH HAPPENS DURING THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE MOMENTS
If it is too uncomfortable already then it means breakthrough is about to happen. So keep pushing forward despite of pressure, keep doing what you're doing. The more difficult it gets the more you are getting closer from having a breakthrough. It's like a kid trying to escape, it's like a stock about to go higher, it's like a pressure from the rice cooker trying to escape, it's like an emotion trying to burst. All you have to do is stick with it until it breakthrough.
Discomfort is part of the game, people who were not willing to get uncomfortable were not ready to win, they were not ready to succeed. So look at yourself what are you feeling now? what are you doing now? are you facing discomfort or are you refusing to feel it?
You can never lie to what you feel, you can say that you are doing the right thing but if you are avoiding the pressure and risk then you're on the wrong path. So keep moving forward even if you're lost, keep doing your thing even if you can't see results. Time will come and the right answer and process will be revealed to you. You will know why it is happening, you will know that every feeling is necessary to become great and successful. Be happy if you are not feeling good because it means you are growing, it means change is happening already.
JUST STAY CALM IF YOU'RE SHOCKED
Stay calm because it is alright, stay calm because good things will happen to you later. Just stay still and simply focus on what you're doing. Forget about everything else, just keep moving forward no matter what. Just go with the flow or you can also be against the flow for as long as you are moving. Never get stagnant, never get complacent because that will be the start of your breakdown. Be in a slow motion if you needed to, forget about perfection, forget about looking bad, forget about making mistakes. Just make sure your mind is right and your eyes were looking at what you wanted to happen. Bad things happen because you're too focused on what you don't want that's why it manifest so fast in your life.
Breathe and do something, do it again and again and you will feel good. You will worry, you will become scared even more if you're not doing anything. Stop watching them and watch yourself, stop watching other people, focus on your own life, focus on watching your own growth and journey. Being calm is a weapon, always remember that if your life is not on the line then there is nothing to worry about and even if you're in danger... all you can do is stay calm. If you're shocked it means you haven't experience something like that before.
