Sleeping sometimes is the hardest thing to do especially if you're pressured that you still need to wake up tomorrow. A lot of things will go into your head, you are starting to become scared that if you don't sleep then you will not become productive tomorrow. You will start to become frustrated, you will always look at the clock and every time you look at it... it feels like the time is getting faster and faster and more time is being wasted. Sometimes you would love to stand up and watch TV, sometimes you are thinking of just doing something else so that your time won't be wasted.

The solution for this is very simple.. just let go. Let go of the fear, let go of the worry. Just close your eyes and have peace. Let go of the idea that you need to sleep right away because you will become pressure even more the more you do it.

Just set the alarm clock and make a decision that no matter what happens you will follow the game plan. And that is to stand up the moment you hear the alarm clock. If you set it to 5 am then just stand up at 5 am. Never entertain any excuses, just do it. Just close your eyes now and have peace with yourself, be happy and never think worry about not being able to sleep. Because you are also resting even if you don't sleep if you are not doing anything, it's also regaining some energy, it may not be as good as sleeping but every time you stay still and not get worried your strength is slowly coming back.

FORGET ABOUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN TOMORROW AND JUST ENJOY THE PEACE OF CLOSING YOUR EYES

Be happy that you were able to rest. Be happy that you were able to close your eyes, don't worry about what will happen in the future. Don't worry about how are you going to feel tomorrow because you can't sleep, just enjoy resting. If you are at peace with yourself then there is a chance that you will be able to sleep fast. Don't look at the clock because the alarm clock was already set, regardless if you were able to sleep or not just enjoy resting, don't move too much remember that you are resting and you need to rest all of your body parts, rest your mind by being still and avoiding thinking too much. Thinking will make you tired even more, it will make you super exhausted because the more you think the more your body will become stressed. Overthinking will make matters worse, just feel confident with your game plan that no matter what you will stand up at 5 am and just move regardless of how you feel.

SLEEP IS NOT A BIG DEAL

Most people are making it as an excuse, they keep on telling themselves that they can't perform well because they lack the sleep, they were always looking for it. It is true that lack of sleep will affect you a little bit but you can overcome it if you will just stay calm and be in the moment. You can still move and do something despite of lacking the sleep. You can take a nap anywhere, it can be inside the taxi, on your desk, at your break, you can do it anytime and anywhere whenever you want to, you are always in control here. Don't ever use the lack of sleep as an excuse for you not to perform well, it will only make you weak, it's accepting defeat.

And the truth is... great people doesn't sleep too much, whenever they need to do something they will do it regardless of having enough sleep or not, they never make excuses, they just do it. They don't care about their emotions, they simply don't, all they care is the task that they need to do.

So don't ever make sleep a big deal, you don't need it, what you need is the right frame of mind... the right set of thoughts that you will use whenever you feel bad or uncomfortable. Always think that you can always sleep when you got home. There is always a time for sleep, but first things first... do what you need to do at the moment. Never make excuses and just force yourself to do what you must do. Every time you think about the lack of sleep you are making things more difficult for you, you are entertaining weakness in your system.

JUST ENJOY THE RIDE AND DON'T EVER TALK ABOUT THE LACK OF SLEEP

People who talks about the lack of sleep are the losers in life. They want sympathy, they want people to believe that they can't perform better because they lack the sleep. You don't need it, there were already billions of excuse makers in this world and you don't need to join them. Just enjoy the ride, do what you can do and always give your best even if you really don't have enough sleep at all.

Treat yourself as a professional, you will still do what you need to do no matter what, you will still give your best and perform at the highest level even if you don't feel good.

If you will just be in the moment and enjoy life then you will never make sleep a big deal anymore, you will never think about it you will just let it happen naturally. So what if you don't have sleep at all? at the end of the day you still need to do something, you still need to perform at the highest level. The world doesn't care if you have sleep or not, what is asking is can you perform? can you give your best? some people have all the sleep in the world but still they cannot perform at the highest level. Success will be granted to those people who really want it and not to those who are always thinking about sleeping.
