A lot of fitness instructions were coming out on the internet, a lot of fitness gurus were now born an they will try to convince you to buy their own product. Those products were composed of 1000 chapters with a lot of promises, they were so sure that they can change your life only if you spent thousands of dollars for their products.

But the truth is... you don't even need a gym to get fit. You only need yourself and the determination to succeed. You can even do the fitness journey at your home. All you need is the willpower to discipline yourself, you don't even need to buy a weighing scale to check your weight every hour, you will feel it if you are improving and it will only happen if you are serious in cutting your weight.

You need to spend thousands of dollars for fitness, you don't need to hire a stupid coach or something. Just do something that will make your blood circulate, any kind of exercise can make you fit. Whether it is about walking, jogging, dancing, swimming or simply squat... anything will do, it will change you a little bit. The key here is consistency, do it everyday and never skip, you have to make it your lifestyle or else it won't work. Just keep your money and use it for some other more important things. Don't buy a book for fitness, don't hire a coach, stop consulting a nutritionist, stop buying a lot of equipment that you will not even use, the change should start inside of you. It should be an important decision to make, once you decide that you are going to become fit... start right away and never wait for the perfect time.

GET RID OF ALL YOUR LOUSY AND RIDICULOUS EXCUSES

You can start anytime you want but the problem with you is you have millions of funny excuses, sometimes you are even using love life problems as an excuse to not work out. You're making a lot of dramas, you need to shut down the thought that is avoiding you from taking actions. Why not just do it? why not just push yourself and start something? if you don't know anything about fitness then just run or walk, it's not that hard. What makes it hard is you are thinking about complications. You are thinking about consulting a coach, buying the right shoes for training, making a meal plan, what clothes to wear, what is the best gym in town, what is your game plan for the weak, how can you put it into your busy schedule etc. etc. Millions of excuses are running inside of your head that's why you can't even start. All you have to do is stand up and move. You can even shadow box, shadow shooting, running in your place, push up etc. There are millions of movements that you can do but you're not doing it because you're so picky and dramatic. You're thinking like a world class athlete but you can't even get started.

Excuses are for losers and dreamers, it's not for doers. Are you a doer? do you want to become a winner in life? so start now and get the ball rolling. Stop being a fat son of a gun who is so desperate of changing his life.

YOU DON'T NEED TO COMPETE, YOU DON'T NEED TO DO IT FAST

Consistent but slow is much better than fast but has no commitment. You can go super hard today but can you sustain it forever? you can stop eating today but can you do it again tomorrow? just make a realistic game plan, stop watching people who are going hard on the internet, focus on your own journey. Just push yourself a little bit and get addicted with the process. It's ok if you're not progressing, you just think you are not but every time you do something... you're on the right path, results will be seen in months. The key here is you are building a habit of a fit person, you are serious about it and you have no plan of quitting even if it's hard.

You don't need to compete with other people who is making fast progress. Let them be, let them show off on social media, you have your own path, you have your own journey, stop listening to them and getting envy at them. Your results will come in just a matter of time so be patient. Your timing is different than their timing. They can do it fast but can they sustain it forever?

Just be yourself, if you can just lost 1 pound in one month so be it. For as long as you are doing the process you will be alright, there is no need to look for fast results because that will lead to failure in the end.

INSTILL A LITTLE PAIN IN THE PROCESS

You need a little pain, you need to push yourself a little bit everyday. The pain of hunger, again you don't need money to buy healthy fruits and vegetables or make an expensive salad that everyone shows off on social media... you don't need to be like them. Use pain, be hungry, cut all those junk foods, stop eating during midnight, try intermittent fasting. Not only you will be able to save money, your body will be able to lose a lot of fast too... it's a win win situation for you. If you're running for 15 minutes a day and suddenly you got bored... instill a little pain, run more, run faster, make sure your legs will burn a little bit, make sure your heart will beat a little faster.

Always stretch yourself a little bit. If you did 10 pushups everyday the whole week do 11 pushups next week. The idea here is to grow a little bit, to condition your mind that you are leveling up and getting stronger. A little pain will make you grow, it will give results so don't be afraid of it. Always see to it that you are not getting stagnant and complacent but make sure the process is still sustainable.
