WAYS ON HOW TO STAY FOCUS DURING STRESSFUL SITUATIONS

The truth is... you need to stay focused during the stressful situations, it's the only thing you need... FOCUS AND CALMNESS. Focus will give you clarity, calmness will give you peace of mind. This world is a stressful place, you can never see a place that is perfect but all you can do is stay focused on living, stay focused on grinding and never stop until you win in life. Life is all about living it, you don't need money, you don't need anything... life is very simply... just live it and focus on what you want in life. Never focus on what you don't want because that will start stressing you out.

Life is easy if you're not going to make it hard, what makes it hard is because you always want an easy life, you always want a perfect route. Life is full of twists and turns, you can never control everything, all you can do is embrace everything. And if you're good in embracing everything in your life and just ignoring what you don't want.... you will have a very happy life. Focus on what you don't want and never focus on what you don't want.

STRESS WILL ALWAYS BE THERE

There is not such thing as a life without stress but the good thing is... you can minimize it, you can ignore all of the stressful situations in life. Just accept that life is hard and everything will become easy. Don't you know that even the most successful and richest people in the world have difficult lives too. There is no such thing as a perfect life, you can only make your life better or make it worse. Accept that life is stressful and it will no longer be stressful. It is what it is, there will be times when it is really hard, there will be times when you will really feel the pain but what can you do? life didn't promise you a paradise, life didn't promise you a wonderful life. All it guarantees you is it can make you tough, it can make you stronger by giving you problems that you can solve. Life will never ever give you a problem that you can't solve so just keep plodding, life at your problems and it will all go away.

HOW TO FOCUS DURING STRESSFUL SITUATIONS

1. Never rush. Rushing is a mortal sin, if you're always panicking, if you're always talking fast and making decisions fast... you will always have a wrong move. Take it slow, be on a slow pace, enjoy the slow motion, it's like repeating a highlight in a basketball game and your speed is three times slower than your normal speed. Take it slow so you can adjust accordingly and make the right decisions for whatever situation you are in.

2. Breathe. Breathing is life, breathing will give you more positive energy. Just breathe when you are stressed, just relax and feel life. The truth is... even if you don't make it you are still alive, air is the only thing you need in this world to stay alive and nothing else. If you can just breathe then you need to be happy despite of what is going on around you. Breathe and your mind will be able to adjust with any kind of situation, breathe and you will enjoy your own journey. Breathing will give you a relief, it will give you a peace of mind.

3. Remember your goal. What is it that you really want in your life? what is it that you are trying to achieve? focus on the process of getting it and you will forge the stressful things around you. Doing something for your goal will make you forget the things that are not necessary. If you hear the noises of your neighbor and you are freaking out... remember that they are not part of your journey, they will never help you to reach your goal. You are only derailing your success if you confronted them.

4. Stress is a blessing. Try to remember that every stress is a blessing because it will make you tougher, wiser, more durable especially if you embrace it and never give up. Stressful situations will make you grow, always keep that in your mind. Every stress will stretch you, it will teach you, it will make you stronger than yesterday especially if you're not crying about it. Take it as a blessing and not a curse.

5. Every pain will end. There is no permanent pain in this world, try to remember that every pain has an ending. The relief will come, just don't try to rush the moment because every time you do it the more the relief will take longer to come. Just focus on what you're trying to achieve and forget about the stress that is happening around you. 

6. Drink water. Water will give you a relief, it will make you relaxed, drink plenty of it and you will remember how to breathe properly. Drink water so you will be able to detached yourself from the stressful situation that you are in. Water will help in the circulation of your blood, it will make you feel better.

7. Face it. Just face the stress, feel it, look at it. You will learn that it's not of a big deal, you will learn that it's just a feeling and nothing else. Try to feel it as much as you can and the bad emotions will go. Face it like a real man, don't resist, don't be afraid of it... face it over and over again so you won't be afraid of it anymore.

Sometimes stress is just an illusion, you give something an ugly meaning that's why it causes you some pain. Stress is all in the mind, if you will shift your focus from bad things to good things in your life then life will become easier. It's not hard as you think, just try it... focus on the best things in life and stress will become very weak.
