A real boss is someone who works really hard and take no days off, a real boss is someone who never crumble during pressure. He works harder than anybody else and he doesn't talk about it, he never complain, he will just work and work until the job is done.
He is so focused on making his life better and finishing his tasks, you don't need to tell him what to do because he always knows what to do. He is so responsible and he outwork everyone.
You can be a boss if you really work so hard, you can impress people if you can produce numbers that are unbelievable.
The real boss is not making any excuses, he will still perform even if he is in pain.He will just do it and he will do it with his very best. He is a monster, he never get tired. It looks like he has a machine built inside of his body.
If you want to become a boss... stand up and outwork everyone, show them what a boss really looks like. A boss that is lazy is a fake boss, he just want to make orders but he is not willing to work hard, how can you follow a lazy boss? it will only make you lazy too because laziness is contagious.
A real boss is responsible for the outcome of his life and company, he never blame anyone if he fails, he will admit that it's all his fault.
The real boss never give up, he face and overcome any difficult challenges in life, he keeps moving forward, he never submit to small problems, he will do something to get back on top.
