This method will surely make you move without even thinking, always count from 1-4 and then between those count, you will decide if you're going to do it or not. If you will do it then do it but if you will not do it then don't even bother at all, face the consequences of not doing it, I'm sure you will not like it.
If you will wash the dishes and you can't even start... start counting from 1-4, count now... 1 2 3 and when 4 is about to come... start, don't let the number 4 come before you start. It should only be 3.5 seconds before you take actions. Even if you feel bad doing it you need to follow it. Do this everyday, if you can't move then count from 1-4 and when 4 is about to come... start taking actions.
The idea here it to stop thinking and just take actions, thinking is only giving you the time to procrastinate even more, you are not accomplishing by thinking. If you want to finish something... thinking is a sin so never do it, it will only slow you down, it is avoiding you from taking actions.
Once you start then you will feel better, the momentum will start to build, you will love what you're doing, you will finish it even if it is hard.
Starting is hard because you're not pushing yourself to start, the 3.5 second timetable will make you start even if you feel so lazy. It will develop the habit of just starting and forgetting anything else. Because all you need is to start, once you start then all of the remaining steps will be unfolded naturally.
