Face your fears now because it is the only thing that will set you free, it is the only thing that will give you happiness. People can't become happy because they are not facing their fears, fat people were so depressed nit because they are fat but because they are so scared to face exercise, they think that it's hard, they think that they will become very tired. And in the end all they have is regrets, all they have is self hate, they can't accept that they ruined their lives.
Once you face your fear... you will do what you want to do, facing fear is not about being courageous, it's about feeling it and moving towards it, it's about manipulating it and processing it, give it another meaning so that you can move and take the necessary actions needed.
Regrets is very painful, that is why it is called regrets, you will never forget it, it will always run inside of your head.
Pull the trigger now and just carry on, adapt with the situation, adapt with the fear. I'm telling you, a lot of people become depressed because of regrets, they can't accept the fact that they can't do anything about it anymore.
Face the pain, that is what it's all about. Again, it's not about being fearless but it's about willing to become scared and move despite of feeling it.
Regrets will destroy your life so do something about your situation while you still have the strength to do it. Never hold yourself back, you will have a tragic life if you will not try and give yourself a chance to become happy.
How to face fear? just feel it, look it in the eyes, get overwhelmed but stay relaxed, always think about what you want to happen and feel fear running in your system.
