ATTACK WHEN IT'S OPEN

DO it  now, shut up and attack when it's open. It's not about feeling good, it's not about being in the right frame of mind and being motivated, when you have the time to attack... attack it.

If it's already 10 am now and you have to leave your house at 10:30 am because you have an appointment, what are you going to do with the extra 30 minutes before 10:30 am? do what is needed, if you need to exercise the do it, if you need to check your emails and answer your clients... do it. Forget about your time running out, you still have some time, it is open so attack now.

If you will decide to just do it later when you go back home, chances are you will never do it because your mind will find an excuse, you will make yourself believe that you're already tired, that you will just do it tomorrow in the morning. But it will never happen, when was the last time that you promise to do something tomorrow and you do it? when was the last time that you become successful by just doing it tomorrow?

You have to do it now regardless of how you feel, never hesitate to attack. Attack your laziness, never have any conscience in doing some actions. If you think you can do something for it then what are you waiting for? do it now and never stop until you finished it. Just do what you can do regardless if you can finish it or now, it's all about doing and not thinking.

Don't think at all, thinking will only build resistance, it will only make you procrastinate. Count from 1 to 3 then do it, force yourself, stop acting like a baby, stop making dramas and excuses, you can do it if you will force yourself to move. Attack when it's open, you always have the time, you can always execute small steps that will finish the task, make it a habit to just do it even if you feel lazy and heavy. Don't ever believe the idea that you will better tomorrow and you can do more things, that is a lie. You will feel lazier tomorrow so you have to do it now while the laziness is not yet that severe.
