Whatever you are feeling now, whether you feel good or bad... just feel it. Never resist, never quit, never wish that that feeling will stay or go. Emotions come and go, you're a human being, you're suppose to feel a lot of emotions. That is the fun part of being a human, you feel. If you're not feeling anymore then you should be scared because maybe you're already dead.
Any discomfort that you're feeling right now... just feel it, feel it from flesh to bones, never be scared of it, never get irritated. You may freak out but if you will just feel it and let it run into your system then sooner or later it will go away. It's just a feeling, it will never kill you, it will never make you vanish. The point here is you are still alive and you are still experiencing life. You don't need to worry about anything else, just feel it and be happy with it.
Even if you are feeling good... just feel it. Later you may feel bad, later you may feel happier. Emotions come and go so don't ever think that if you're happy now then you will become happy forever. Let your happiness go if it wants to go, let it go if it needs to go. Never wish to be always happy because that will never happy. Even if you'tr the richest, wisest and most successful person in the world.... you will still feel sad and incomplete.
It's the one who can accept his feelings that will survive in life. A lot of people commits suicide because they can't accept what they feel, they feel bad and make dramas about it. Their emotions are destroying them, they want to become happy but they are not willing to wait for it. Just wait and happiness will come, you don't need to rush it nor force it. It will come, a simple event can make you happy.
Your problems will not become bigger if you will not think about it. Don't worry about it, solve it but don't make it as your life. Some people make their problems as their life, they dwell on it so much that's why they can't become really happy.
Something that powers your mind. It is about motivation, self discipline, mental toughness, success, self development, achieving goals, techniques and ways to give you advantages in life.
