You're explaining yourself too much, you don't need to do it anymore. What happen happens, if they ask you why did you do it or why are you like that then answer them. If they don't believe you then it's their problem, but if they are not asking you about it then stop explaining yourself because it is only making you look weak.
They will not get it, you are the only one who knows why it is happening, you are the only one who fully understand what is going on with your life. They don't know what is inside of your mind and heart, they can never guess it.
What is the main purpose of explaining your side to everyone? if they like you then they like you but if they don't like you from the very beginning then you can never change then no matter how good your explanation is.
