Just like reaching the maximum number of times you are allowed to withdraw in an ATM... if it is always happening to you then it means you're getting bigger, it means your money is so big that the ATM is cannot dispense all of it, you're getting bigger, you are being successful.
If you're only 15 years old and you're not allowed to play in a midget division anymore, it means you're getting better, they are limiting you because you're something special, you are improving rapidly so you need a better competition.
They are changing the rules because you are dominating the game, they will do everything to slow you down because they can't think of an idea how to beat you.
