YOU CAN ONLY CONTROL YOUR EFFORT

Accept it... you will never control the outcome of your hard work. Even if you're the hardest worker in the world... there are still chances that you may fail, deal with it and never make dramas about it. It is what is, the world is not fair and you can never change it. Even if you think that you deserve more... if it was not given to you then don't whine about it.

You will never control everything, you will never control the people's judgement or the universe's judgement. If something was given to you, if it is lesser than what you expected then just accept it and move on, try again next time. Try harder next time and see if you will be able to change the outcome.

You can only control your effort, you can  only work hard as much as you can and that is the best way to give yourself a better chance of succeeding. Your professor might give you a low grade even if you study so hard, your boss might not give you a promotion even if you're the most deserving, your coach might not give you a playing time even if you practice so hard. It is normal, the world is unfair. The only thing you can control is your effort, just be happy if you're working hard and never expect something in return. If they notice you are appreciate you then fine but if not... life goes on, it's not the end of the world.

If you give everything this year and you still didn't succeed... just be happy, maybe it's not your time yet. You can never control their reactions nor appreciations, you can only control how you feel and how you work.

Never feel downhearted, still give your best no matter what. Control your effort, never exert a weak and mediocre effort, push yourself to the limits and take your effort to the highest level that it can be. I'm telling you even if you fail... you will never regret that you gave your all.
