Choose an entertainment that will make you suffer but has some benefits. An entertainment like goals, living the real life is having more time for yourself and your dreams. If you're doing something that is impossible then that is what living is all about. If you're not pushing so hard to attain the highest level that you can be then you're simply wasting your time, you're squandering your life.
You were entertained by TV shows, video games, gossips, sports. It's ok to get entertained by those things but don't let them eat a lot of your time. Just use them to cool off a little bit if you're so full of steam because of working so hard.
The best entertainment is pursuing your dreams, it's the coolest entertainment. Do something for your dream, die for it. Use every second as an opportunity to materialize your dream. Stay focus with the grind, it looks boring in the beginning but once you see that you're growing and getting some serious results... you will never stop it, you will make it as your life.
Extreme focus is what you needed to make your dreams come true and you can only do it by making your dreams as your only entertainment, you should be addicted with it, you should make it as your life, you should feel bad if you can't do something for it today.
Your dream will make your life wonderful and epic especially if you take it seriously. It will give you long lasting happiness, you will feel successful, you will have zero regrets in life because you know in yourself that you do whatever it takes to win.
Whatever dream you have... make it as your only entertainment so you can have it fast, enjoy the journey, take it seriously but have a lot of fun.
