HOW TO MAKE A STRONG COME BACK FROM THE ROCK BOTTOM

If you want to make a strong comeback... learn to face the pain, learn to face humiliations and eat your pride. Do what is needed without asking for a fast reward. In order to make a strong come back... you need to create a momentum first, you need to make your foundation stable.

Once you feel that you can do it on your own, once you feel that you can do things without falling down again... you already made a comeback.

Making a comeback is very easy, just wait and be patient. Do something slowly, do something gradually. Try to improve your situation as much as you can. Never look for approval but learn how to follow people if you need to. Swallow your pride if you have nothing, learn to do the job that you don't want, remember that it's not permanent, it's only temporary. Once you regain your momentum then you are free to do what you wanted to do.

You need a lot of patient and time, you may fail again but don't worry because you're not afraid of failing anymore because you already felt it, it will be easier this time if you think smart and do smart moves.

Learn to stand on your own, learn to endure the critics and negative emotions. Make yourself stronger each day and always find the growth in everything that you do. Enjoy the process and never get frustrated if something wrong happens again. Just simply give your best and forget about failing again.

FORGET THE PAST. This is the most important thing to do if you want to make a comeback. Forget that you lost, forget that something bad happened to you. Face the future and live the present.  Also forget that you're strong before because that will only create pride, you will never be able to adjust if you will always think that you have a good life before. Remember that you have an ugly life now and you must do something to change it.

Slowly little by little you will comeback to the top again. Just be patient and do the right things.
