No matter how good you are you will still feel the pressure in some situations. Pressure is normal, it will be felt by anyone, no one is immune from it. It is always there and if you will get stunned and overwhelmed then it's game over for you.
1. Remember that you work hard for this. Remember all of your sacrifices from the past. Remember that you've already done a lot for this and there is no more turning back. Remind yourself that you are ready for this and you've work so hard. Your hard work will be your weapon, just stay calm and you will figure out what to do next.
2. Just follow your game plan and style. You have a game plan, you have a style... execute it. Execute it over and over again until your confidence comes back. Your game plan will work, it will take over and control the situation once again.
3. Learn to breathe. The air is free, you don't need to pay for it. Just a simple breathing of air will make your mind think clearly. Breathe and live with the present moment, look around you and you will see that nothing can harm you. It's just a feeling, pressure is just a feeling that you created by yourself because of fear. People may have participation in that kind of pressure but they can never even touch you or do something about you. Pressure is just an illusion, you are still in control of your life.
4. If the pressure is too big, give no meaning to the situation. So what if you lose? there will always be another opportunity. Don't ever think that the situation is the only best opportunity in your life, give it no meaning and you will learn to relax and give your best.
5. Just take small steps. Actions will make you defeat the pressure, you need to move if you're stunned. Just do what you can do, never let yourself be stuck in a moment. Always take steps so that pressure will go away slowly.
6. Just be yourself. You know who you are and what you can do. You know what are the things that really matters, remember your values and goals. Remember what you are made of, you're a one tough son of a gun. Be yourself and never let the situation change you.
7. Remember your favorite quote. What is your favorite quote that motivates you? what is your favorite quote that gives you confidence? Remember it and you will feel better, the pressure will become weak a little bit.
8. Be on a spontaneous mode. Let it flow, let your actions and reactions flow. Be natural and never force anything. Let the words come out, let the actions be done by itself.
9. Learn to let go. If the pressure is too high... let go, give up but still give your best. Still take actions but never make it a big deal anymore. It's all about how you feel, the more you take it seriously then the more you will become pressured. Let go and you will be able to control the situation.
