New year has nothing to do with you changing yourself, it's not about time, it's not about the starting point. It's you deciding what you want to be. Its you creating a new culture that might give you more opportunities to have a better life. You can change anytime you want to, you can change on June 23 2003 but did you change? why wait for a specific date before you change. New year's resolution is for the weak, if you really wanted to have a new life then you will do it when the firecrackers are still exploding, you will never celebrate, you will never take a vacation... you will do it now. New year is overrated. 95% of the people will make a new year's resolution, they're excited about their new lives but after a few weeks they go back being a bum again. It's not about new year, it's about you making a commitment, just because it's January 1 people think their lives will change in just a blink of an eye. Your life will only change if you will focus on building a strong character, build a strong mindset, build new habits that will make you a better person. This is not about the results. It's not about getting more money, getting slimmer, creating more success, buying a house or gaining muscles... it's about building a new version of yourself, it's about creating a mindset to keep going even if the results are not coming.
Something that powers your mind. It is about motivation, self discipline, mental toughness, success, self development, achieving goals, techniques and ways to give you advantages in life.
