If you want to create a new experience then you need to change yourself, as simple as that. You don't need to change your environment, you don't need to change the people around you... you just need to change yourself. Challenge yourself to become a doer and not a thinker or worrier. Challenge yourself to become a beast. It means you need to work hard and stop thinking about circumstances, you just pursue your goal no matter what. You never care if it is hard or easy, you just do it. You never care about what people say, you never care about the future, you just care about doing it and giving everything you've got. If you can make yourself a doer then sky is the limit for you, you will experience a different kind of experience, life will become extra ordinary. Learn to ignore your fears, fear is a traitor, it is giving you fake comfort by convincing you to not take actions but in the end you will feel so bad because you have regrets. You must listen to your philosophy, you're a doer, you never waste time, you never delay something... you just do it no matter what. You keep pushing, you keep hustling, you keep grinding, you never stop until it is done. Do it even if it is hard, do it even if it easy, you should never judge the difficulty of any task.

YOU GET BETTER when you do something, when you face your fears your mentality is improving, it's always a win win situation for you. You have nothing to lose even if you didn't get anything. You will become a better person, you will get faster and more decisive. So do it even if you are hesitant to do it, for as long as you're not hurting anybody... you are right. It doesn't matter if it's making any result or not... do it for yourself, do it because you know it's the right thing to do. Even if it is hard or making you overwhelmed still do it. Trust me, it feels much better after doing it. The reason why you are stressed is not because you have so much to do, it's because you're not taking actions. Moving means expressing yourself, if you're not expressing yourself then you are depriving yourself of freedom and happiness. Move a little, move a bit, it doesn't require too much energy to pull the trigger, you can move anytime you want, make it a habit to just do it. This mentality will make you stronger and tougher.
