Take actions whenever fear is around, it will die once you take action and do what is needed. Take the first strep and then follow through, that's it. Forget about making it perfect, forget the end results, just be in the moment and keep going. Fear is not real, it's an illusion that you made, the good news is you create it and you can kill it too. Fear will not stay there forever, you can extinguish it just a matter of seconds if you will just think right and take actions right away. The more you delay something the bigger the fear gets. You need to kill it now by taking the first step and then keep going until you're done. At the end of the day the mission of fear is to scare you, it's not there to kill you, it's there to stop you from takin actions, it will become victorious if you will not fight it. So pull the trigger now no matter how scared you are, stop looking for excuses, stop amplifying your fears by entertaining negative thoughts, you are safe, you don't even need to protect yourself, you just need to be in the moment and take it one step at a time. Inch by inch move forward, second by second embrace the moment and appreciate that you can experience it. All you have to do is take the first step and that's it, everything else will happen naturally, what will happen will happen, keep moving forward and never quit, never judge yourself, never judge the situation as bad or good, accept it and do what you need to do, as simple as that. Because the truth is you always knew what to do, you're just entertaining your fears enough that's why you're panicking and your brain isn't clicking. But if you just breathe and try to relax, if you stop rushing and just feel everything around you then your fear will start to die. Feel your senses, feel yourself and never hate any kind of feelings, embrace it, love your emotions even if it is negative. Don't try to resist anything, look at everything and watch your fears go away.
FEAR IS NORMAL
Don't ever think that it is a big deal to become scared, fear is a normal feeling, it is nothing, it can never kill you, it is there to guide you. It serves as a signal to take actions right away and never stop. Look at yourself are you always holding yourself back? are you scared or rejection, failure, judgement from other people, confrontation? you're too sensitive that's why you're scared, it's ok if you're sensitive, you must know that you need to take actions. Your fear of regret should be stronger than your fear of people. You should prioritize trying, moving and testing yourself. Any emotion is normal, the anxieties, sadness, stress etc. You need to keep in mind that you can survive anything, that's the power of humans. Don't be afraid to fail, make mistakes or not get anything. There is always tomorrow, you can try again, for as long as you are living there is hope, you have to believe in yourself. Fear is normal, embrace it, welcome it, feel it and never resist it. The more you feel it the less powerful it become. So just do what you need to do, don't be afraid to express yourself, don't be afraid to be yourself. Life is easy if you will not complicate it, the problems never exist, it's only in your mind. Your judgement makes something a problem, your perspective make someone or something fearful. But if you will not give it any attention or energy then that fear will go away. It's about how you play with your mind, use it very well, use it to your advantage. Never think that something is hard, never think that something is stressful. Stop looking for perfection, start embracing chaos and fear can never distract you anymore.
