The reason why you can't move is because you're letting fear control you. You don't want to feel your fears, but if you will just feel your fear and do the task anyway then you will have a chance to win, as simple as that. Fear comes from judgment from other people, results, future, critics, unwanted outcome. It's from the outside and not from the inside. It only means you can neutralize fear anytime you want to if you will just feel it and accept that you're the only one who can get rid of it. Not the outside events, not other people, not the future, not unwanted situations. If you will just be in the moment and learn how to feel then you will be good. Don't let fear immobilize you, you have to force yourself to move and do something about it. At the end of the day the truth is you can take actions anytime you want to, nothing can stop you because you're the only one who's stopping yourself. The best time is when you're scared, it's a sign that you must pull the trigger. Jump when you're not ready to jump or else you will end up on the same place as before.
LAZINESS CREATES FEAR
If you are lazy, if you are feeling heavy and you're not forcing yourself to take actions then your fear will grow. Just go, step on the gas, never care about the red lights, never care if something is stopping you and just pull the trigger. You can make it through if you will just force yourself. You will never get anywhere if you're always pampering yourself, that's a weak man's move, stop spoiling yourself, stop being a diva and just take actions. It is what it is, nothing is easy nowadays, if you really want to make results then you need to use fear as a signal to take actions. Be aware if you are being lazy, you're just making excuses, it's not that hard... you're just lazy. If you're scared then it means you have no intention of taking actions. Forget about everything else, never judge yourself if you're right or wrong and just go hard, as simple as that. The idea here is to force yourself to become a doer and not a procrastinator. You can do something if you will just take actions now and stop being a chicken. At the end of the day the only thing that matters is your actions not your reactions. You can make excuses all day long, you can act like a stupid king but it won't help you. You know what to do, you're just pretending that you don't know it because you're so afraid to fail, you're so afraid of getting tired.
YOU MUST BE INTENTIONAL
You must know what you want and you must get it with all your might, be intentional, don't be a chicken. Don't wish for something and not using your strength to get it, don't take this day for granted. Push yourself to become something else, you're not building yourself, you're not trying to improve that's why you keep on getting mediocre results. Start to get rid of your bad habits and become something else. You need to focus on doing what is better for your life, the truth is you can get better everyday, it's just a matter of forcing yourself to work as hard as you can and watch all of your thoughts and actions. Discipline is all you need, you need to stop entertaining yourself with pleasures that are only making you weak. You will never become a beast if you keep on acting like a clown. Have some direction, make a plan and execute it. Stop yourself all the time if you're about to do something stupid.
