YOU DON'T NEED TO LOOK AT SOME DETAILS

If you're so damn thirsty and there is a glass of water on the table, it's the only water available in your house, you can't go out anymore because it's already 3:58 AM but the thing is this... the water have some ants on it, will you still drink it? if you're going to ask me I will drink it without a doubt, I'm so thirsty, I need to quench my thirst. It doesn't matter if it has an ant or shit on it, I will ignore the other details and just drink it, as simple as that. There are some details that you can ignore, there are some details that you must be alert of.

If your mother is always scolding you because she wants you to do the right thing and become a good person... ignore that part, ignore that detail, don't take it personally and just look on the benefit you will get from it. She's guiding you and caring for you, that's what you should be focusing on. Don't focus on the hurtful words that are coming out from her mouth. Focus on her intention and that is to give you a better future. Sometimes you're looking on something that is making you feel bad. Ignore the details that doesn't make you feel good and focus on what is useful. Just like appreciating your girlfriend, your girl is not perfect, sometime she is grumpy, sometimes she is fast, you don't need to look at her ugly traits, just focus on the best traits that she have so you will appreciate her even more.

If you're on a process of developing you will not love every step of the way. There are some steps that makes you feel bad or uninspired. You need to ignore those things and just focus on what makes you feel better. If you really need to do it then just do it, ignore the emotions that you're feeling from it. Life will become much easier if you will not look at the details that are making you feel bad and uninspired. The key to feel better and live an easier life is to focus on the details that are serving you and not that is making you feel bad, as simple as that. It's all about how strong your appreciation for life is, stop looking at some details that are not attractive at all. I'm sure you can appreciate something about something, I'm sure you have the ability to do that. So practice appreciation more so that your life will become easier and happier. It's all about focusing on what is good and not on what is bad, that's the trick to make your life easier.

IGNORE THE LOSSES 

For example in business, there are some employees that are not productive, you can simply ignore them and focus on the your gains. If your gains is larger than the losses then just keep the business running, if you're still earning money and the losses are acceptable then there is nothing to worry about. You only need to worry if you're not earning anymore or if the losses are not acceptable anymore. There is no need to worry if you're still winning.

Just like in stock market, there is no need to panic if you have a lot of losses, stay cool, don't worry. The money is still there, you don't need to freak out because one day you will have gains again, one day the price of your stocks will rise again. Just be happy that you were still able to survive despite of economic crash. The losses will be erased by the wins that are about to come in the future, just wait and be patient, there is no need to look at the losses because it will only make you feel worse, there are some things that can make you happy, focus on the subjects that will give you a hope.

And so what if you're losing now? you can still win in the end, it's up to you if you will adapt a victim mindset or adapt a mindset that gives you hope and motivation. It's all in your mind, what dominates your mind will become your reality.

LIFE IS NOT PERFECT AT ALL

Your life is not perfect, your work is not perfect, your parents are not perfect, your friends are not perfect. Stop looking for a perfect life because it is not possible, you're only wishing for nothing if you keep thinking that way. There will really be a lot of things that you don't like and will never like, it's up to you if you will choose to become appreciative or not. The power is in you, nothing can make you feel bad if you have the right mindset. If you can just accept that life is not perfect then you will feel much better. Be happy that you're still alive and can still witness some good things that are happening or about to come. There are many things were you can be happy at so never take this day for granted and don't focus on the details that are not attractive to your eyes.

Your old shoes, the scratch in your car, your noisy neighbors, the hard process of the project, your not easy to work with client, the disrespectful people around you... these are nothing, you can still become happier and live better despite of these things. All you need to do is change your perspective towards something, just appreciate that you still have a lot of things where you can be happy with, all you need to do is open your eyes and be grateful of what you have. Stop disliking a lot of things because it's not good for you and will never be good for you. Focus on the little things that makes you happy, focus on the tiniest details that makes you feel better and your negative emotions will soon go away.
