Are you sick and tired if procrastinating a lot? do you feel you can do more and be more but you can't pull the trigger? There is nothing wrong with you, it's just that you don't have something that makes you move, nothing is exciting you. You need to manipulate your mind a little bit.

Here are 5 Quick mental hacks that will make you take actions so fast: 

1. Remember your inspiration

Think about the people that will become very happy once you become successful. Think about your baby or wife or parents, siblings etc. Think about the people who were praying for you to become successful. There is a person that can inspire you, look at how happy he will be once you made it to the top. If nobody is inspiring you then just think of something that you really want to get in your life. It can be a car, a house, lots of money, dream vacation etc. There is a thought that will spark the sleeping fire inside of you, something will motivate you, all you need to do is think of it all day long and imagine that it's coming closer and closer to you while you're working. You can become inspired by someone or something, pick an inspiration and think about it everyday.

2. Think about the Dangers.

If nothing is inspiring you then just think of the worst situation that might happen to you if you don't move. Something like you will become broke or your house or car will be taken to you. It can also be something like your boss will fire you if you don't show a strong performance this month or even just a simple thought like you and your family will become hungry and will beg on the streets if you don't work hard. Whatever thought is working... use it, any thought can make you move, just try and test every thought that will arouse your emotion and will make you move so fast. Be playful, once you find the right thought... you will be able to move as fast as you want to. Always think that being lazy will attract dangers into your life, it will bring bad luck and misery. You better working now, move your ass if you don't want to have an ugly life.

3. Appreciate the smallest details.

Appreciate the smallest work that you can do at the moment. Just start what you need to do and appreciate every step needed for that work to be accomplished. For example, appreciate turning on your computer, appreciate clicking the mouse, appreciate searching for an answer in Google, appreciate typing your keyboard. If you can just be happy with the smallest movements that you're making then you will enjoy your work, you will never rush to finish it, you will even make it longer because you're so having fun doing it. You can train your mind to love every second of your work, all it takes is patient. Be in the moment while working, feel your arms, legs, body, watch your thoughts come and go and never leave what you're doing. Don't rush anything, just feel every movement of your body and you will become calmer and relaxed while working. Be happy that you are working, fall in love with every movement that you were able to made.

4. Decide if you're going to be a doer or a watcher. 

You don't have an identity, sometimes you're working and sometimes you're procrastinating. You have to choose which side are you on, you can't be in the middle. It's either you choose to become a doer or you choose to become just a watcher who watches movies, people succeeding, watching your own life falling apart without doing something about it etc. etc. I'm sure you want to become a doer, so be it and never change your identity anymore. Trust me, being a doer feels much better 100 million times than just being a watcher. If I were you I will choose being a doer because it has a lot of benefits, it will give you good health, good fortune and everything you are dreaming of will become possible. It all starts with the first step, just do it and let things flow.

5. Don't think at all and just do it. 

You're using your brain too much but you're not using it the right way, you're using it for overthinking, worrying and entertaining thoughts that will not help you at all. Never care if you need to work for more hours just to finish it, don't think about it and just finish your work, take it one step at a time. Breathe while working, you don't need to rush everything, stop panicking and stay relaxed while working, you will be able to finish it in just a matter of time so relax and keep moving forward, you have what it takes to finish it. Stop procrastinating, stop doing some other things and just focus on your work. Star it and force yourself to finish it, stay disciplined and committed, enjoy the ride because it will be over in a while.

If you're so pressured with the deadline and you're so overwhelmed that's why you can't move... just start and never think about failing, what will happen will happen. Past is past, you already wasted a lot of time and energy, you still have some time to do something. Forget about making it on time and just do whatever you can do no matter what. Always remember that good things happen to people who take a chance.
