5 BASIC STEPS ON HOW TO GET RID OF YOUR FRIGHTENING THOUGHTS

Fear is not real, what you are scared of is not happening yet so it means that fear is just an illusion. Fear is all in your head, you start to become scared when you're letting your negative thoughts dominate your mind. You don't need to fight fear, all you have to do is accept it, here are the 5 most basic ways to get rid of your frightening thoughts:

1. Be ready for pain.

Be ready to do something when needed, be ready for pain that may come. It's ok, you're still in control of this. Accept what may happen with open arms and open eyes. If you're ready for something then it will never have a big impact on you. Just like fear, if you're ready for it then you will never panic once you are feeling it, be ready for everything that may happen and fear will go away. Just like a child that is no longer afraid of the beating from his father... the father may stop beating him again because there's no more thrill. But if the child continue to resist... the father will hit him harder. Just like a bully trying to bully you, the bully will stop if you can feel nothing about the situation. If you will just look on the other side and ignore the bully no matter what he does... he will stop. He has no power over you anymore. Be ready for something and ignore it and it will have no power over you anymore. Being afraid is not the key here, the key is to be afraid and feel it, once you are feeling it... you will realize that it's ok to be afraid because it can never really touch you nor kill you.

2. Remember that you're the one who created it.

You created your fear, that's the good news... you can also destroy it. The creator can be the destroyer, don't ever forget that nothing has power over you if you don't allow it. You can destroy it by replacing it with more positive thoughts. Think of the most beautiful things that happened to you, think of the most difficult challenges that you were able to overcome in the past. You have the power to believe in yourself, all you have to do is go within, never think that something is bigger than you. Don't be afraid to fail, don't be afraid to get overwhelmed, always remember that you can survive anything. Never respect the challenge too much, always think that it will come and go, it will never stay in your life forever.

3. Choose calmness instead.

If you will choose calmness then fear will go away, it may not completely go away but it will become weak. Fear is afraid of calmness, you don't need to do anything, you don't need to fight, you don't need to run... just choose calmness, watch everything around you... feel, don't be lazy to feel, all it takes is a few seconds. Once you feel, you will learn that fear is nothing and that it's something that can be overpowered by stillness. In any chaotic, pressure or scary situation... all you need to do is calm and you will feel good. The sweaty palms and armpits will become dry, your heart will start to beat slowly, you will be able to smell the fresh air in a polluted room, your oily face will become smooth, you will look fresh and attractive, the negative vibes you're displaying will be replaced with a confident vibe that looks can conquer anything. You will look like a bomb that is so calm but dangerous.

4. Admit that you're scared.

If you can admit that you're scared and not ashamed of it... you are seeing yourself, it's like you're stepping outside of yourself and seeing what's really going on. Most people don't know what to do anymore when they're scared because they don't know that fear is controlling them. Once you know that fear is starting to take over your system... you will become calmer, your power will start to show, you will be able to eliminate that fear by replacing it with the right thoughts. stop acting like a savage that doesn't know how to become scared, there is no such thing as a fearless person. The more you pretend to be brave, the more you will feel fear. Fear is very good in controlling fake people, if you are true to yourself then you will be able to face fear and accept it.

5. Believe in something.

Create a belief, create a philosophy that will overpower fear whenever you are feeling it. I created this quote "Feel the fear and move right away". Whenever I am scared and feeling lazy, I always tell this to myself and it is working. I believe that once you feel the fear and you move forward no matter what... it will go away ASAP. Fear is afraid of people who are not afraid to feel it. Just feel the fear, it's so good, it's not that bad. I believe that fear is just a reminder that you're a normal person, it will make you feel alive. If you're not scared anymore then it means there is something wrong with you mentally. You have to be ok in feeling it. It's ok to feel a little anxious, worried, overwhelmed, lost, scared etc. Any negative emotion is just normal, all you have to do is feel it, move slowly and you will feel much better again. Just feel life, embrace life no matter what it throws at you.

CONCLUSION:

You cannot become happy with your life because you're letting fear control you, you're letting it take over. But if you will just accept that life will not be perfect and that there will always be something that will make you feel bad then life will become much much easier. You don't need a perfect life, all you have to do is live your life, be one with it, don't run away from it... live it, live in the moment and embrace everything that is happening.
