HOW TO DEAL WITH ANY KIND OF FEELINGS

Don't run away, as simple as that. You have to face it, you have to feel it. A lot of people commits suicide because they want to escape that negative emotion, they think that it will not be over. The truth is... just sleep now and you will have a different mood tomorrow.

Deal with it, deal with depression, you can forget it in a while if you will do something positive. The best way to defeat depression is through exercise, you need to feel some physical pain. A physical pain that is positive will erase the mental pain. Run, make your lungs explode, get tired, you will feel better, you will feel that you have a purpose, you will be able to think clearly.

You can jog, you can walk, you can run fast, the best way is to run fast, as fast as you can. Never stop until you're tired. Do it again tomorrow, once you learn how to endure some kind of pain then depression will be easy to dealt with. Depression is the cause of inaction, you need to keep yourself busy, you need to free your mind from being stuck and negativity.

If you will just take action then depression is already defeated. Pursue a goal, even if it is impossible to achieve... pursue it, you have to entertain your mind, you have to have fun even if you have a big problem. You can do it, stop looking for a sympathy, stop looking for advises, all you have to do is do something positive and your feelings will change, it's all about entertaining yourself so you won't be able to think about bad things.

How to deal with anxiety? just deal with it, if you are anxious, if you are shy then just let go. Embarrass yourself, have fun humiliating yourself, destroy your identity. If you can think that you are nobody then you will be free, if you can make yourself believe that you are allowed to make mistakes and look bad then your fear from people's judgement will subside. Keep being anxious, don't be afraid of getting judged. Don't go to comfort room, don't go outside, stay on that place, keep feeling the sweaty in your arms, be ok with sweaty armpits. Don't be afraid to look stupid, don't be afraid to look like a bum, don't be afraid to suck, forget about your identity and just enjoy being anxious. be in the moment, always be in the moment, never try to fast forward the time, don't even try to go home fast, deal with that feeling and soon it will go away. It's like being ok facing the big stage, being ok facing the judgement from other people, pretend that your confident and your heart will start to beat slow. Never mind what people say, never mind their ideas and impression about you, enforce your will and never be on a flight mode, always be on a fight mode.

How to deal with fear? very simple, be scared, be scared but have a still mind. Face the fear, it's ok if you are nervous, it's ok if you don't have any idea what might happen... just face it and deal with it. Fear will become scared of you if you are willing to become scared and keep moving anyway, don't move backward... move forward.
