Sometimes the more you push hard... the more nothing is happening, you keep on failing over and over again and wondering what are you doing wrong. It's ok to push hard but you still need to be mindful of what is going on around you, because sometimes pushing so hard is making the situation even more difficult.
Sometimes you just need to push a little and be patient, wait for a few seconds reassess and then push again. You can't be pushing all day long because it may affect everything around you. You will get so tired and you may not be able to push again. Sometime spacing is more important than pushing, you need to stay in the game. If you will push and use all of your energy then how will you be able to work until the end?
You need to know how hard can you push and know when yo rest a little bit. It's ok to push but if it's affecting the process then you should think twice. Sometimes it's better to let something flow, work normally and wait for the transition to happen.
You will know if you need to push or not, if there is no progress then you need to push but if you're already pushing hard and still no progress is happening then you need to step back a little bit.
Pushing is good but if you're pushing the wrong way then it is bad. You need to be smart while pushing or else it will take away all of your energy and lose badly.
Just do what you can do and push a little bit, don't push too hard, if nothing is working then don't push. But if you feel lazy then you need to push, that's it... if you don't feel good because of laziness, if you don't feel productive because the laziness in your body is taking over then you need to push.
