It's a journey of being brave and being scared. Life is a journey, not all the time you are brave, not all the time you are scared. Don't be afraid to admit that you are scared, don't be afraid to admit that you are doubting yourself.
Your feelings will change, it will always change. Just because you are brave and you think of yourself that you are brave then you will become brave everyday.
Even if you are coward there will be days when you will just snap out. You will feel powerful and brave. You will be even shocked with yourself because you were able to do what you can't do before.
Emotions is a roller coaster, sometimes you feel good sometimes you feel bad. Sometimes you feel crazy sometimes you feel alright. Sometimes you feel sick sometimes you feel motivated. And even if good things were happening at you... there will be times when you will feel down too.
The most important thing is you don't quit, you don't give up and you are willing to try again later or tomorrow, you are willing to live your life and do the process that needs to be done. Just do the process and your life will work, it doesn't matter if you feel good or bad, it doesn't matter if you are scared or not... just move forward and take it one step at a time.
Don't ever think, don't worry, don't complicate things. Life is a journey, it's not final, it's not fixed, you have to go through it, you have to take it slowly, don't rush the process, don't fat forward, feel the pain, enjoy everything that is going on with your life.
Be afraid if you need to, be scared if you need to, be brave if you need to. Don't be afraid to show your feelings, don't be afraid to embrace your emotions.
Life is just a game, you need to have fun embracing those emotions or else you will look like a loser, you will feel like a loser, literally... you're really a loser. Don't panic when you're scared, don't freak out when you don't know what to do. Life is all about emotions, it's all about being brave and being scared.
Enjoy your life. Show up when you are scared, stay humble when you are brave, always remember that what you are feeling now will never stay there forever. It may change later, it may change tomorrow, it may even change now. Appreciate every emotion that is running in your system, don't resist, learn to let go if you need to.
Process every feeling, deal with it, don't shy away from it... face it. So what if you are scared? at least you are still doing the right thing. So what if you are losing? at least you are still moving forward.
Things will change if you don't quit, you may feel worried or troubled now but if you persevere enough then you will feel better later, you will feel good, you will feel peace and free.
