HOW TO LESSEN THE SADNESS

Lessening the sadness is too easy... all you have to do is move and stop looking for what is missing in your life, start appreciating what you have and try to make the best out of it... as simple as that. You can't become happy because you're always looking for what is missing, don't look for what is missing and just enjoying your journey, just enjoy the process. Win or lose... just enjoy what is going on with your life.

You can become happy anytime you want, don't get jealous and focus on improving what you have, focus on your own life, things and journey. Happiness is all in your head, if you can condition your mind to stay happy despite of not having what you want then everything will become easier. Life is just a breeze, it is so fast, never focus on the things that are not making you happy. It's all about focusing on what you have and trying to get what you want but not feeling bad if you can't get it.

Sadness will take over if you keep on looking for what is missing in your life, it will take control of your life. It will make you think negatively, you will become depressed for a very long time, the worst is... it may took forever.

Anything can happen, anything is possible, just keep going and keep living your life and your situation will change in just a matter of time, keep holding on to that position, keep enduring the pain and never stop living. You can become happy by just breathing, try to breathe and relax your mind... you will feel better in a while.
