THERE ARE NO EMOTIONS IN BUSINESS

Whatever business you are in... you must be ready to get hurt, there are no emotions in any kind of business if you want to succeed. Do owners of the biggest company feel bad if you lose a lot of money through investing with their companies? did the show remorse if you are struggling? of course not, it's a business, if you are too sensitive and emotional then good luck to you... you will fail, you will have a miserable ending. Any business might hurt you, prepare yourself mentally because it's going to be a rough ride.

Just like a 10 year veteran in NBA who has been traded to a different team... he should not feel bad, he should not be sensitive because it's just business, if he feels that the team is not loyal to him then that is a wrong perception. Loyalty doesn't work in business, it's not a good word for business, people will only become loyal to you if you're giving them some favor, if they feel that you're not useful anymore then they will get rid of you... as simple as that. You have to remind yourself that any business can hurt you, nobody is loyal here, nobody will pick you up if you're down.

The right mentality should be... prepare yourself for deceit, unloyalty, failure and any dirty tactics.... prepare yourself for these things and be ready to stand up again when they left you. You can 't be over emotional, you can't be over sensitive, success is for the tough guys, if you want to stay in the game for so long then stop prioritizing your emotions, you must be a cold blooded here, you must control your anger, there is no room for sympathy. It is what it is, success and life is for the tough guys, it's a big boys game, being sensitive is a loser's mentality.

Just like a private hospital, it's all about business, they will never care for you if you don't have money so don't feel bad if they're not giving you any attention, it only means they know that they cannot get something from you.

That's what business is all about... it's all about money and potential, if you're not growing anymore, if you're not useful anymore and you have no signs of progressing then you're just a trash. If you cannot give them what they want then you're nothing. Will a company nurture a man who cannot work anymore? of course not. Even if you worked for a big company for 50 years, if you're not useful anymore then you're just a trash.

So don't be sensitive if you feel that you're not being respected, there are no respect in business, you will only get respect if you're strong and you can make a huge contribution. You can whine all day long, you can make dramas but that act won't save you.

So while you are still strong... work hard, earn as much as you can, become big and grow as much as you can because if you don't have money you're in big trouble. If you can't offer them something then good luck to you, you will be left behind, they will ignore you. It's all business, business means growth, it means progress... if you cannot help them then stay out of the way because you will only get hurt.
