DEPRESSED OR JUST BEING A CRY BABY?

This word depression is getting epidemic nowadays, this is trending, people loves this topic, I don't know why people loves it but to be honest... this is a very weak topic, people are so so sensitive with this topic, they were so touchy, they will get mad at you if you criticized the people who are "depressed" nowadays.

What do you want? appreciation? sympathy? attention? you will tell everyone that you don't need anybody and will even ask to just leave you alone but if you feel that nobody cares then you will make dramas even more.

It's not about the problem, it's not about getting bullied, not being appreciated, being treated unfair or something... it's all in the mind, it's your perspective that makes things worse. You have the right to become depressed but don't stay with it for so long, you need to be moving, you need to take actions so that depression won't dominate your mind.

I was depressed too before. My daughter died, I was broke, I was hospitalized, I failed a lot of times. I have the right to quit but I didn't. I fight back, that's what I do, don't be a coward and be a fighter. Your enemy is yourself, the negative thoughts inside of your head, you cannot appreciate life.

Life is very simple... just move forward and never stop, that's it, enjoy it as much as you can because you can never repeat it anymore. Once it's gone it's gone, you can never get it back .

Depression is just a state of mind, you make it bigger and bigger each day by making a lot of dramas.

Don't try to look for sympathy, just pretend that you are strong. Fight back if you can, express yourself and push yourself to the limits. Don't get attached with something, if you can't get it then let it go. Don't be needy, just be ok getting what is available, don't look for what is missing, appreciate your life as is.

What you have now... be happy with it. Pursue a goal and never stop until you get it, you need to be moving forward so that you will forget that you're depressed.

When I was depressed before, I am killing myself with hard work, I am pushing myself as much as I can, I never care, I just move forward. I am relentless and finishing a lot of things. They key here is to always stay active and never lie on your bed for too long, stop thinking and just keep moving.

Some people have what other people don't have but they were still depressed, they can't appreciate it. They were full of dramas and shits.

Life is not all about being happy, it's all about fighting back. Always remember that it's survival of the fittest, if you can't make yourself strong then you will have a miserable life.

Don't be afraid of pain. Once you learn how to face the pain and be ok with it in your life... BOOM! nothing can stop you anymore, nothing can make you feel bad for a long time. Enjoy life because it's so cool, it's so lovely, it will only happen to you once.

Face the rejection, the embarrassment, the humiliation, the bullying, the critics, the failure and the lack in your life. Remember that they are all nothing, what matters is your goal and the people around you that loves you the most. Don't look for attention, it's the weakest move that you can ever do. Be ok getting nothing because that kind of mentality will make you strong.

Always remember that the default is zero, you have nothing in this world when you were born so what is left there to lose? nothing right? You have everything to gain, you have the right to experience more of life so go ahead and experience all of it. Be in the moment, embrace every kind of emotion may it be negative or positive.

Stop being a cry baby because it's just a waste of time, your life is precious, know your purpose by experiencing more of it, just live and take it one day at a time, face your problems and never try to run away from them. If you want to become happy then learn to embrace the pain, take it slowly, you will learn that it's not a big deal.
